Digital printing services a completely different niche compared to offset, while maintaining equal print quality. Offset printing caters for long runs of static products - i.e. (the information on each page is the same). Digital Printing allows for extremely short runs i.e. Digital printing makes it economical to produce just a few items very short notice.

Needed business materials for my new company- cards/ letterhead, etc. was told I would have some thing to proof "possibly tomorrow, but definitely the next day". On week went by. I called. The proof was sent over right away and I had a couple of edits. A week went by. No response. I went back into the business. I was assured things would go quickly. Picked out paper and card stock. Was told I would have a quote by the end of the day. TEN DAYS WENT BY.
I called. Was assured I would have a quote in 20 minutes. 5 days went by. Nothing. I emailed saying "I don't understand what the problem is, but I need materials. I prefer to shop locally, but I will have to look elsewhere if my needs are not met." Followed by no response whatsoever. What a waste of time. They are friendly and seem professional. The latter, they are not.

The lady that answers the phone is very rude. I called to get a quote on receipt printing and the whole time she had an attitude and seemed annoyed at my questions. Then when I was in the middle of a sentence she cut me off but just saying "hold" and placed me on hold, I didn't even have a chance to reply. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I would have been a constant customer, but they are obviously are too busy for new customers.

This is a zero star rating. To everyone out there who is looking for printing service, please do not go to this place. Here is what happened. I was in need of some PRINTING FOR MY BUSINESS, a friend of mine talked to me about this business which he never did business with them but he told me about it because he saw their sign. Well, one day I walked in and I was attended by Scott and the first words that came out of his mouth was WHAT DO YOU WANT?
That surprised me because as a business owner you don't behave in that way to a costumer. Anyway, in every single detail I presented to him what my need was. And he said, " give me 3 days and I will send you an email with the things you need for your business and it will be done as you have requested and if you need to make changes or, your are satisfied with the job please approve it.
And once you give us the approval you are 100% liable of the entire cost" I understood I said well, a week went by and no emails two weeks, three weeks and nothing so I decided to call in and someone answered the phone and I left a message. no one returned my calls but a few days later I received an email with an attachment for me to review. The design was misspelled and nothing similar to what I told them to do.
So I call again and SCOTT, I told this guy that he needed to correct some misspelling and to make changes as I told him at the beginning. Well To make the story short, he kept sending emails with his designs and it was totally different then what I needed. So I called and told them that what they have designed don't match my expectations and That I have decided not to continue, A few days later I got a bill (a charge for something that I never approved) then after I confronted this guy an I said that I was not satisfied with his design and most importantly I HAVE NEVER APPROVED ANYTHING, and he clearly said "I HAVE TO PAY MY EMPLOYEES, AND I WILL REFER THIS ACCOUNT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY IF YOU DON'T PAY " well the rest of the story is to long to tell, and the hell that I went through only because I needed some printing work. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE INSTEAD GO TO PRINT TIME AND TALK TO JAIME.

My business ordered some envelopes from Willey Printing. They sent us a proof and we approved the proof. The envelopes we delivered did not match the proof. We immediately called them and asked them to pick up the incorrectly printed envelopes. We emailed them as well. No response. We followed up and were told "someone" would get back to us. No response. Got a bill. Called again. Mailed them a letter with copies of the proof and copies of what they gave us. Called again.
They told they would need to speak to the owner.again. Got another bill. We called the owner. Told him we have called and spoken with people, emailed them, sent them a written letter and never gotten a response. He said he had never heard of any of it. We asked him for his email address so we could forward all of our correspondence. He gave us the same email address we have been sending all of our correspondence to. Then we sent another letter and called again.no resolution. Got another bill. Unbelievable.

I cannot rave enough about Willey Printing. Their service is marvelous. They have done several brochures for us and always we have been happy with the quality and speed of their work - not to mention their prices are reasonable. They do all of their work in-house which means they have quality control. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
