We were founded on the notion that most people, small business, non profits, schools, and youth sports leagues need quality products in smaller quantities, at an affordable price, and quickly.The "Express" concept is new to our industry and is a smaller example of our main office. While we may look small on the outside we are built to handle the tough jobs with amazing efficiency.

As Tracy's longest continually owned and operated wholesale/retail store the essence of our company is what sets us apart from the industries we are involved in. Most work is done at our central print facility. We have taken the many different services like embroidery, award, screen printing, signing, promotional products, photo gift, rhinestone, and sublimation industry and put it under one umbrella and combined it with in house production.
Due to the fact that we carry such a wide variety of products combined with our in house production you may not find what you are looking for in the catalogs, but rest assured we are able to get almost anything you would like. Also please make sure you check all the links as some similiar suppliers carry specific items available only through them.
Our Bear Factory Adoption Center is a perfect way for a family to spend some time together. You pick your own animal of choice, stuff it, add a voice box to it, then dress it, pick a name for the birth certificate and whalla you have a life cherished moment. We have a wide variety of child friendly animals and fun accessories.
Carly the Cow is Vice pressident of Marketing and Public Relations for our locations. She has udderly mad marketing skills and is frequently requested at our Tradeshows and Festivals. Take a look at some of the adventures she gets herself into. Carly is also available to make appearances at non profit fundraisers and Street Festivals.

Thus company is great every time I call they are pleasant to talk to and to deal with, they have great awards for you company and if not they wil find it. Turn around time is great. I have done t-shirts, name tags, expensive plaques and inexpensive plaques and stand up trophies. I love the owners they are great people.

Ordered a letterman jacket. Total cost they said, with leather sleeves and custom patch, close to $400. Put $175 down to cover the cost of the jacket at the time of order. Told me it would be 4-5 weeks for the jacket and then come back to pay for the embroidery and the patch. Every follow up after the deposit, I kept getting told it wasn't in yet and the order didn't arrive.
By the way, they do not respond to emails and often do not pickup their landline. Any communication I had with them was by the off chance someone picked up the phone. After waiting 8 weeks (2 months), I started leaving messages and emails. NO RESPONSE. Sent my son to their store several times after school and they would be closed or unable to give him an update.
I waited 2 years to write this review and still do not have a jacket. I could've settled for the jacket without the custom patches. Just be a good business and either refund me or give me a blank jacket. Sadly, my son graduated and is now a Sophomore in college without the high school letterman jacket he wanted to keep. Thanks PDQ. Lesson learned.

Jose and Karen are exceptional people that go beyond providing the best customer service. They are pillars in our community and give kindly with their talents and time. As a nonprofit leader, I have been blessed by them TWICE and they had no idea the bind they were getting me out each time. Both times we needed services and Jose and Karen, unknowingly to the other's kindness, gave their time and talent of their business to help us. Thank you so much for helping children with Special Needs and in Foster Care. The team at PDQ provides excellent service and compassion to our community.

Do not go here. I ordered a Lettermans jacket for my son in July 2015 and prepaid. I was told it would be 3 weeks. I had a hard time getting a hold of Jose, as he would not return phone calls or answer the phone. Finally his store was open and he was there, he stated that he did not have the jacket. He stated that he placed the order with the jacket company, and he said that they put the YL I ordered on the back burner.
He got the rest of the jackets in the order. We tracked him down again in 2nd week of September. He said that the jacket will be here in 3 weeks. Well, here it is Oct 13th, and wouldn't you know it. NO JACKET! He again said, "I don't know what happened, I will call the company, but it takes them a while to get back with me". Funny, I called the company and I get right through.
I also talked to the Northern California Rep, for the jacket company, and he said what I am going through would not happen. I went back to him to find an ETA of the jacket. He said he called the company and they did not have a delivery time. I went back to him to try and get my money back, business was locked during business hours, and not able to get money back. I will keep trying.

We recently had a last minute event and we needed a new banner, shirts and other promotional items. The event was only 5 days away and we could not find anyone that would take that challenge. We finally called PDQ and the owner there told us to email him our logos and come right in. Within a few minutes after arriving he had a layout of our shirts and our banner. He had those ready within 3 days. The quality was awesome! We now know where to go for all our promotional items! Hopefully next time we will give them more time.;
