I needed 2 posters printed and didn't want to do it myself. I Googled print companies in my area, and Work Printing and Graphics came up in my search. I called and discussed my needs with one of the owners, then was able to walk over to show my hanging option for the posters. It was a quick and successful conversation where the owner told me he'd order my posters. 3 days later I was able to pick up the posters for a reasonable price. Checkout was easy and I was satisfied with the entire interaction. If I have print needs in the future, I'll definitely do my business with Work Printing and Graphics!

They are a Baltimore Institution! Hands down! I've always been beyond pleased with anything I've needed done. Party invitations were beautiful, and if not for their honest advice and expertise, would've looked grainy given the template and images we initially selected. For another project, we needed a life-sized cardboard cut out image for a dear friend's 60th wedding anniversary. They guided us to the photos we needed, ensuring the best resolution from old B&W photos so when they were magnified to "human-size, " they looked truly amazing!

Always friendly, expert work with personalized attention, and quick results and turn-around. I've always been pleased with the final products I request, from personal invitations on card stock, to life-sized cardboard cut outs for a (friend's) party! I try to support local businesses as much as possible, and I truly believe they are a Baltimore Institution!

When I came in, I expected to haggle over the time frame and pricing. I didn't expect to come away as satisfied as I did. Rob, the clerk on staff, was very warm, energetic and friendly.

After going over the request, I left him with the files, and we went back and forth over email about the full scope of my printing. Email reply was prompt and swift, which was a godsend because, as I stated earlier, I needed those books that weekend. Turnaround was swift, and by Friday, I'd had my books and promotional material. Never have I ever had service turnaround that quickly, and with such quality! I know I will definitely be using Work Printing and Graphics in the future for a long time to come.

Best digital printer in Baltimore, hands down. The work is clean and fast and if they can't find a solution in house, they'll find a sub contractor who works up to their standards. Oh, and the prices are below market rate. You're a sucker if you go to Kinkos.

Working Printing & Graphics has been ever so helpful! I have used them for printing large and small posters for my office as well as personal projects. They printed my save the date cards and thank you cards. The turnaround time was quick and the quality was spot on. Their customer service was top-notch.and believe me, I made them work for their money.

My job has very specific ideas and visions and they were able assist me in achieving them. Debbie even took the time to explain the difference between CMYK and Pantone colors, so I could have a better understanding for future project. I highly recommend them!

After getting engaged earlier this year, I became a regular at Work Printing. They did our save-the-date postcards, wedding invitations, and thank you cards, and they all came out beautifully. Rob was always available by phone or email and the service was professional, affordable and incredibly fast. Being able to send over a file and pick things up the next day was awesome.

I have been meaning to give Work Printing a glowing review for some time. But today, they were so incredibly gracious, I had to take stop in my tracks and write this. First of all, Work Printing & Graphics is very supportive of their Historic Pigtown community. In the past, they have donated their time and materials often for community newsletters, brochures, and much more.

This is also the place that you can pick up your "PIG" sticker to show off your Pigtown support! But today, they really went above and beyond. My friend needed to go to a specialized hospital, and needed to fax the hospital some paperwork to make it happen. She was staying at home by herself, and didn't have the mobility to go out. She thought about grabbing a taxi, but the truth is that she just doesn't have the strength to walk around or wheel herself, and I wouldn't be able to help her until after the hospital closed, setting her back another day from being admitted.

Since the house isn't far from Work Printing, I went out on a limb. They offered to pick up the documents from her, and fax them to the hospital to make our lives easier. What a saving grace! Now hopefully she'll be able to be admitted without any more hold ups. Such a HUGE help, and genuinely great people. :
