Minuteman press was wonderful to work with. I ordered some yard signs and business cards through them. I worked with Andrew Morsberger. He was great to work with. They offered me a quick turn around and kept me up to date as to the timeline, when my orders would be delivered. I would highly suggest using the Minuteman press in Crofton.

Can I select "less than one star?" Like, negative stars? This is not a printing solution. This is where productivity goes to die. It took 6 days for them to accept an online order. Then they asked if I would like to have my order RUSHED? THEN took 14 days for them to print out two blueprints. I had to call them to ask about the job myself - and then I had to go pick it up where I found that they had taped my pre-paid order to the window outside, for anyone to take.

I could see them in the store window hiding from me. If they were the least bit competent I would suspect this place was a front. This is an adult daycare for men who won't join Weight Watchers because they "can't see what's in it for them." Yes, I am very unhappy with the service. They had about a dozen chances to make right by me.

Can't say enough great things about Andy and his team. As a busy business owner I sometimes and pushing my deadlines. They have bent over backwards to deliver last minute marketing materials. and I have never missed a deadline. They have even arranged for me to pick up my purchase after normal business hours to accommodate my events. Way to go guys keep up the great work.

I own a digital marketing agency and often find my clients in need of something more. I have come to Andy and his team for promotional items, signs and mail marketing and have never been disappointed. They not only do a good job but are always able to help me deliver the very best to my clients. On another note, I am a huge fan of companies who give back to the community in which they live. Minuteman Press is among the best in this way. I couldn't be more grateful for the way they support the local chambers and local nonprofits as well.

We have received excellent service and product throughout the years and will continue using their services. They have become part of our business family and we cannot say enough good things about them.

I would consider myself a busy person running a very busy life and business. The team at Minuteman Press have come through time and time again. They have bent over backward to get the job done for us several times over. They recognize a deadline and seem to live in a state of outlandish, high intensive, customer service uphoria, it's always switched on.

If that is not enough, they support the local community, small businesses, and even go out of their way to support starving non-profits. I know in this world you can't please everybody, especially when you have been around for the decades they have been, but. count it. This guy is more than satisfied and I will continue to do business here. Thank you Minuteman Press for doing what you do and setting that bar high.

I ordered Business Cards and Flyers for my business. First I was very happy that they were able to do business via email saving me trips and keeping me safe from COVID19. I can truly say they exceeded my expectations, the quality of the Business Cards and Flyers was amazing, the colors were vibrant and beautiful. I also feel good about supporting local business, the treatment is more personal and they accommodate your needs. I highly recommend Minuteman Press!

Andy & the Team at this location are truly incredible. They took my vision & turned it into reality producing extremely high quality graphic that added immensely to the level of my event. They're speed from concept to production is unmatched. I offer them my highest recommendation!

Horrible customer service. I sent them a print job and their manager, Terry, emailed me back saying that they received, will put into production (about 4-5 business days) and let me know when its ready for pick up. Almost two weeks later, I still have not heard anything back from them until i called and emailed them several times. Apparently, they cannot start production until after they receive payment.

She did not communicate this to me nor did they ever send me an invoice (how am I supposed to know how much I owe you?!). She refused to offer me any sort of remedy for the frustration and inconvenience, and insisted I pay asap. The workers, nor the management, seem to care about their business. I pulled the order because I refuse to give money to businesses like this.

Absolutely horrible. I went in to make a couple copies and I had to walk the guy through the process and still walked out without what I really needed. Then they couldn't even figure out how to print a receipt they told me "we can't print receipts" what?!?!? Not okay. I am surprised they are still I business. Not to mention the floor was absolutely disgusting like it had been expected been vacuumed before. Never again.
