Selecting Options - the point in the ordering process where you select your bindery and shipping option. Shipping options include: pick-up, leave outside, leave outside wrapped, and UPS. A courier can be arranged by calling us. Hold - Once we review the files they may be put on hold if the files do not match our requirements or do not match the product you have ordered.
We will do our best to ship all UPS orders on the same day as they print. However this is often not possible since most orders are completed after the afternoon UPS pick-up. All UPS requests will ship as quickly as they can be. Please consider the possibility that they may not ship on the print date when choosing UPS shipping options.
We print all 4 color process jobs at CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Before submitting your files they should be converted to CMYK. If your job is sent in RGB we will convert your files to CMYK which may alter the color appearance. This has to do with the overall color range and spectrum of color builds in RGB vs. CMYK and it can not be avoided.
We require pre-payment on all orders. You must make payment on your online order for it to become an active "live" job. If you do not own a credit card or you are over your limit please call us to discuss your options. If we decide to allow you to order without online payment we accept cash, money orders, certified checks, and all major credit cards.

One of the area's best kept secrets! Grove is a go-to for all the printing needs I've had. I've used them primarily for business cards and flyers, but I would rely on them for the entire scope of their product offering. They're SUPER price competitive and very reliable as well. Pick-ups are easy and convenient (just make sure you know that they're set back from the road a bit when you go to pick up!).

We've been using Grove Printing at my office for years, and I should have written on here sooner -- never once have we been displeased. Today's package was 1,000+ postcards, which we ordered on Tuesday and already arrived at our office in DC today (Thursday). Double-side, gloss finish, flawless job.

IMPORTANT NOTE: They are located in a building behind the other buildings. You need to drive up one of two alleys to get there. I'm really happy with the job that Steve did on the program booklet for my father's memorial service. The price was competitive compared to nearby alternatives, Steve worked hard to make sure I was happy, and they finished the job ahead of schedule.

These guys have A1 customer service. All you have to do is have your order number ready and they will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Once I even needed a courier to deliver my last minute flyers and they stayed an extra hour just to call me and make sure I got it. Love this place!

I'm actually really fond of these guys. I've done 3-5 printings with them now, and I'm a solid convert over the other online print groups. I think the prices are super reasonable, I like the batch sizes, and I know they work in rgb rather than cmyk, but the only thing i do is make all of my colors and saturations a little bit lighter than I would have originally. They'll keep you up to date the entire way, and if anything looks grainy or weird they'll contact you BEFORE they print. Plus, if you're in DC (and have a car) they're really easy to get to for pick up. They're my first stop for any print job over 250 postcards.

This is an excellent online printing operation for color postcards and the like. They moved from a mom-and-pop small operation to be competitive with the cheapest Internet printers by building a custom web ordering system. You sign up for an account, pick a product and quantity - with some of the best prices online or off - upload your print-ready document or image, apy by credit card and it seems to usually be ready next day. Shipping is expensive for printing, which is heavy, so local pickup is a good option.
If you miss office hours, they'll leave your package outside, but be warned there's no roof in case of rain. You could ask it be put in a plastic bag, but also, someone else could pick it up. If you're printing club event postcards, competitors picking theirs up can see yours on the outside of the package. Or, send a messenger. It's very hard to find up a secret driveway and behind what should be the address on Google maps. But worth it.

The company did an ok job on the things we ordered and the first man I spoke with was helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. Since it was my first time ordering through them it was a rather lengthy phone call and I ended up placing a pretty expensive order. NOW.when I called back (after ringing for a long time) a man finally answered by immediately saying "Uh, yeah we're closed right now you're gonna have to call tomorrow. Everything's shut down." to which I had to interrupt him by saying "SIR.I'm calling from out of state to verify that I have the process understood." He rudely continued."Everything is turned off.so is it something I can answer without going on the computer?" I told him I just needed clarification about their protocol and he answered.
Regardless of being open or closed, if you answer the phone you should act like you're answering the call of MONEY and try to secure the future business.which I will not be giving this place.
