They don't produce the vehicle wraps themselves they have a producer do it for them and mark it up. Ask if they do what they say is in-house. They offer a multitude of other products, they just order from China. I worked there, I know. Come and intimidate me Don, it won't work.

I had an amazing experience with this company! I wanted a customized thank you card for my boss, and I was able to meet with Andy the day I put the request in. He worked with me to talk through the design and verbiage of the card and kept the simplicity I wanted. The group created this customized letterpress card 2 days after I put in my request. In a nutshell: incredible work in a timely fashion!

I have printed on almost every material, design publications, business cards, high volume invitations with multiple components to small run wedding menus and I have had the best experience each time. I love printing with AO - even after moving out of state!

Not pleased at all with this company. We placed an order for business cards. Weeks went by without a response. We called in regards to the status and found out our order was "lost". They stated they would put it in right away and get to working on it. Another week went by, still nothing. When we finally did get our cards, they were on the wrong paper.

We requested the thickest you could find. These were quite possibly the most flimsy. They told us they would replace this order with the correct thickness. What we received was AGAIN not what we had wanted and were not as thick as we had discussed. We expressed our concern and they did not seem to care. They were poor in their communication to our office, never apologizing for the repeated mistakes.

They also charged us for the second order, which we were told would be free. Your customers should not have to constantly be in contact with a company in regards to an order. They barely reached out and when they did, they never tried to make the problem right. Take your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

I have needed a couple of small projects reproduced. In both cases, I got exactly what I wanted. Bob was recommended to me by another artist. The reproductions were excellent; he had the perfect papers; and he printed an oversized job (36"x3") for an accordion book all on one long page - no gluing for me! His prices were very fair and, did I say, the reproductions were excellent! He's a gem.

Bob is the most honest, hardworking person I have ever met. He is good at what he does, the work is flawless. Stop here for all your design needs.
