Great products & good pricing. Jason is always out within a day to fix our machine when we need a repair. Cameron is always super friendly when he delivers & Miriam & Monica are always super helpful when I have to pick up. Great place & we love to support local business!

Staff is ok. Website is not helpful on what they carry. I stopped at McLogans first because I knew from their website, they had the special color I needed. Coastal had it too but I couldn't risk them not having it when I arrived to pick my screens.

Awesome company! They went above & beyond in customer service & integrity. Had a shipping issue with neither company at fault, Coast Supply stepped up, paid to replace order & shipping at no cost to me. I even offered to pay 1/2 & Michael would not accept even 1/2. I can't begin to say how much this meant to me. Very rarely do run into this type of customer service anymore. He took me at my word & for that, he has a customer for life. Not too happy. My printer is broken. I needed a tech to repair it. I sent an email requesting a tech to repair my machine.then I got a response over the phone. the person gave me the quote in how much they charge per hour.but not too friendly. So I assume this Company at least in this matter has not comprehensive service. So I have to keep looking for Roland printer Service to repair my printer.
