I don't know if the guy was having a bad day, or he's just a miserable person in general, maybe he just needed a hug, but either way we will never return to this business. My husband and I went in to inquire about having our business logo printed and embroidered on multiple items and the man at the desk had zero patience for answering questions, once he literally began yelling there was no way I'd spend my money with him, and support his behavior.

Low prices, easy to work with. They provide great work, always done in a timely manner. WCRC(non-profit) has been using them for years for all their screen printing, embroidery and more. Highly recommend.

Went in to have three t-shirts made for a special occasion coming up and as soon as we walked in the customer service was RUDE to say the least. Not friendly. Not helpful. My mother and I were asking questions about how colors will transfer onto different shirts and we're basically met with a shoulder shrug. Then when we decided to look at different colors of t shirts the man raised his voice and asked, "what are you looking for?" In a very rude and unwelcoming tone. We immediately walked out of the store as they were none of the things a business should be! Definitely do not recommend!
