Excellent service and good quality. We ordered some masks that we needed with our companies logo. I had a hard time getting the right artwork file and they helped. Very friendly and they also produced it fast for us. I would for sure recommend.

We had a trade show coming on fast and one of our team "dropped the ball" and forgot to order our giveaways. I called my contact, Brittany, at US Imprints and she came up with a wonderful LED flashlight with hidden tool giveaway that could be printed and to me within a week. The giveaway arrived on time and was a hit at the show. I have worked with Brittany and US Imprints for years now, they never disappoint.

My review is based solely on lack of attention to detail. I requested a very specific quote and was emailed a great number only to find out the representative (Chelsea)sent the wrong information. They are so apologetic but are not willing to give me the price from the quote I was sent, and can't price match my quote from a previous place that was only $100 more (from the wrong quote).

It obvious their favorite color is green. The supervisor (Blair) also had a rather cavalier attitude from the moment she got on the phone to hear my complaint. At this point I was not even going to proceed with my order I just thought that someone should know about the wrong quote I was given, but her disposition was just as uninviting as the last. Oh well they just lost a high volume, repeat potential customer.

I work for a pretty large global company and we use USimprints for our personalized giveaways in the company. I work with Josh Baker to order everything and we've been working with him for over 5 months. They are always able to help us find the perfect customization for our products, the best products, and ship them as well. He's helped ship to countries outside the US for events for us, and always checks in on how we liked everything and how he can help us more.

We've had to order things with a week's time or under a great crunch, and he always manages to get it to us and it looks great as well. Josh keeps us updated on new products, ones he thinks we'll like based on what we've done before, and has sent me samples to show my bosses and so we can test them to see if clients will like them. We feel extremely valued by Josh and USimprints and will continue to use them.

I love US Imprints! I've used this company a few times for different events and worked specifically with Beth - who is amazing! She knows exactly how to take an idea and bring it to life! Their professionalism is so great to work with and they get things done quickly! I will definitely use them again soon!

We had originally placed my order another company only to receive a call that the product was no longer available. My deadline had already passed. I heard about US Imprints through a friend in the promotions industry and reached out. Not only were they able to fulfill my order, but Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and communicated every step of the way knowing we were behind schedule.

I have used US Imprints both professionally and personally. They have done a few promotional items for a church camp I am involved with as well as favors for my wedding this last April. I have been very pleased with the product quality. And was super impressed with the quick turnaround time for my orders. The sales team is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience with USimprints. Everything we ordered arrived in great condition and exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Pinnacle two-pack business card box with our company logo imprinted on the golf balls. Our point of contact at the company was Cody Hutchin who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were on a tight schedule and Cody made sure our order was expedited so that we would receive everything by our scheduled event.

The golf balls arrived a few days ahead of schedule and looked amazing. We could not be happier with the final product and the service that we received. I order almost weekly for the Musicians Hall of Fame and we love working with US Imprints, especially our girl Aubree! Deliveries are fast and efficient and the products always come out beautifully with our logo and designs. I'm giving them 2 stars for the first person I had contact with on the phone. She had excellent customer service skills and even answered questions I didn't ask yet. The customer service went downhill from there. Thursday - I placed my order. Monday (4 days after ordering) - I received an e-mail late in the afternoon (their time) saying the product I had ordered was discontinued.

I wasn't told this over the phone on Thursday when I spoke with the customer service person even though I had given her the product number. I wasn't given another similar product number to look up, I apparently had to do it myself. I tried calling the person who sent me an e-mail twice on Monday and got no response. I went online and started a chat and then was told my account manager (or whatever they're called) would call me soon.

She called and I gave her another product number. She said she'd have to check to see if those were available. I didn't hear back from her until the next day (Tuesday). Tuesday (5 days after ordering) - She gave me a new invoice for the new product with a $160 jump in the shipping cost. She again didn't answer the phone when I called to find out why the extreme difference in price for shipping.

I sent her an e-mail asking about the shipping. Wednesday (6 days after ordering) - Received an e-mail saying, "Unfortunately, our online system figures shipping to the 48 states. It does not include shipping to Hawaii and Alaska." I sent her an e-mail back and cancelled my order and told her that I entered my zip code when I ordered and it gave me a shipping price from that. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. "Oh, the product you ordered has been discontinued even though it's still on our website as available.

But you can find another product that's a little cheaper but we're going to charge you more for shipping than what the product costs." I will never try to order anything from them again.

This company confirmed my order 746054306 of 20 frisbees for $36.24. I was contacted the next by Brittany Collier I honestly replied to her email that I'm not a business only a handicapped person looking for inexpensive frisbees to train my lab puppy. She canceled my order and referred me to amazon. This is false advertising!

I placed an order with usimprints. My order was cancelled because I was told that I needed to order more, even though the website says to order as many blank items as you like, but that there was a minimum for printed items. Under the frequently asked questions, it states that there is a minimum order of $100. It doesn't state that it has to be the same item. I did order over $100, so I met the criteria. I would not recommend this company, as they do not stand by what they advertise.

Placed a custom order in on a Monday and I received it the next Monday. Customer service was very prompt answering any questions I had and had the proof ready in a day. They also didn't bother me when I waited a week to place the order after receiving the proof. I recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if I ever need to.
