Excellent company -- they do great work and they can do it in a hurry. I've done everything with them from postcards to 84 page booklets and their service and value is the best. I use them pretty much EXCLUSIVELY for my printing needs. They deliver, too -- a rare and wonderful thing!

3:45pm 10/27/18 Walked into store with a box to return to Amazon. Talk man about 30 grabs box from me as I told him I want to return to Amazon. He points to my address on the label. Is this where it's going he asks. I said "No, no!" He says or rather YELLS at me. "What's In it?" I said "You just yelled at me."You yelled at me" he said. I took my box and walked out of this establishment. RUDE, CRUDE, INSULTING!

If this is how you want to be treated then by all means this is your place. If not take your business elsewhere. It gets one star because the rating system doesn't permit less.

This is a real little gem in beautiful Harve de Grace. I had a number of posters made for my classroom as well as stocking up on supplies for my classroom. Mr. Sheppard and his staff always provide excellent service and the price is right. Keep up the good work.

Steve shoots straight and will go the extra mile to make sure his work is perfect, but he's overcommitted on the extra curricular side and will commit to more than he can possibly do. Don't ask him for favors, even if he volunteers. You'll be left waiting for a long, long time before he can get around to completing the task. It's nothing personal, you just aren't a priority.
