Services
In 1963, Wayne Owens founded Wayne Printing out of his home. As the business grew and prospered, it moved to a larger facility in Mount Hawley Industrial Park. Owens sold the company to Heights Finance Corporation in 1974. The company continued to grow and, in 1983, Wayne Printing purchased Wagoner Printing Company in Galesburg, Illinois, which allowed entry into the four-color process commercial printing market. In 1991, Wayne Printing returned to being a family-owned business when Ken Hoerr, Jack Kinney, and Scott Hoerr purchased the company.
Wayne has a press to fit all of your sheet-fed printing needs. Our large presses are 5-color presses with coating capabilities. For short-run one- and two-color projects, our Heidelberg Quickmaster press fits the bill. Our wide range of offset equipment ensures that we hit your delivery dates without fail.
Die cutting allows clients to escape the rectangular page. Designers can really make their jobs stand out by adding fun, surprise, and intrigue to a print job and increase reader attention. Die cutting is the essential technique in fabricating packaging, pocket folders, special envelopes and dimensional pieces of all types.
Variable Data Printing (VDP) automates the process so that each direct mail piece looks as though it's been expressly designed and printed for a single person. Smartly executed, it maximizes the relevance of your direct mail piece and drives increased responses. You can mix and match images and messaging to target your direct mail piece to each recipient, which in turn increases the number of measurable responses. The opportunity to provide different offers based on targeted, personally relevant data is endless.
