Horrible! I paid for express processing, so I could get the order by the New Year. After waiting over a month, I checked on the order, and the website just said "awaiting payment." I live chatted with someone who said they had to check with someone, and they would let me know. They still made no attempt to contact me by phone or e-mail. So, I live chatted with customer service again, and was told that I had not paid for the order, which is ridiculous.

The order won't go through online until you put in the payment method. So, somehow it did not go through. I paid for the order with a different method of payment immediately. They hadn't even started processing them, that could take 5-7 days. I asked her about upgrading the shipping since I was not notified of the reason for the delay. All she would say is, "I'll see what I can do after the payment goes through." She never apologized, and the order came ground!

I finally received the order, and the address is printed wrong! I guess I will just mark out the part of the address that is wrong, and use, bc I don't have another 2 months to wait for the corrected product! I will not be using this company again. It's not a good price anyway!

I had made an error in my printed check order. NO PROBLEM, without question they corrected my error, no charge and delivered the corrected checks by priority service. Now that's a company I highly recommend.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for 500 little stickers, when I called them they told me that they are a little backed up and it will be another 2 weeks before these stickers go out. One would thing that they would have let you know that the order that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to print will take a month, but they didn't think that it was important, that I needed these stickers. Very unprofessional. I am sorry but that's not helping me, or my business at all.

Horrible we got the checks and also stared getting horrible surprises in the Acc. Our Acc was hacked and they were using the routing and account #. The only different thing we did was ordering checks from this company because it was cheaper. What a big mistake.

I ordered checks 2 weeks ago and never received them. I sent a follow up email asking for the status and I have yet to receive a response. I will never waste my time ordering from this company again!

I ordered envelopes with my customized logo. On their website, they do not display the finished product with your logo. So you have no way of knowing how the finish product is going to look like. They do not warn you that they cannot print multi colors including the logo. I got my order after few days late and the logo and the rest of the fonts are all in one color! What a waste!

Avoid ordering from Print EZ. Their website is a mess: if you order online, they won't receive your order details and you'll have to call them and sort everything out again. Too much of a hassle. Even more than that, their customer support is the worst that I've encountered in my life; incompetent (don't know a bit about printing checks with my specific software), hang up regularly, rude, and let me wait for over 30 minutes all the time. I'll make sure to report them to BBB as well.

I was just wanting a standard-sized check like my personal checks. There are no measurements on their site for these, but they are called portable: telling me that they are a smaller size. I just got them and they're 9 inches long! I called customer service and some rude lady answered the phone by saying "PrintEZ" as quickly as she could, then just waited.

It was super weird. I told her the issue, then she looked up the measurements and told me they were supposed to be that big. I told her that they are called "Portable" but these aren't portable and I asked her why they wouldn't put the measurements on their site. She said I have to go to the trouble of mailing them back to get a refund. I told her the entire process from ordering on this site to receiving the product has been terrible. She couldn't care less. I'm not sure how this company gets any return customers.

This company is horrible. I placed an order on a Sunday with a rush 3-day shipping. I called to check on my order on Wednesday and they inform me the order would not make my deadline. I said OK - can you overnight and I will pay additional $ for the overnight fee. On the day the order is supposed to arrive I am waiting and waiting and no package. I call them and they said my order missed the cutoff and I would receive on Monday.

It missed the overnight shipping and nobody bothered to call or email. I then talk to Jessica and ask her if they can rush a blank order for Saturday delivery. Well, at the end of the day on Friday I call back to check on my order before I leave the office for the day to confirm it has gone out and Jessica has gone to lunch, and my order did not make shipping for Saturday delivery, nor did she even bother to call me back.

This company is seriously unorganized. I never even received a confirmation with tracking number when the original package shipped. The feeble responses I did receive when I called were pathetic and this company does not know the meaning of customer service! Do not order with them. Find someone else or go to Kinko's - at least they are reliable!

THIS COMPANY STINKS! I was almost a first time customer (and would have been a returning customer) but I never was able to place my order, due to the fact that when I checked out it never gave me the time limited special price. When I called and spoke to a "customer service" rep named Jessica she asked me to send pics over of the time remaining on the special price and a pic of the special price itself.

When I called Jessica again to confirm that she received my pics and to proceed with placing my order, she tells me that the pictures looked "cut & cropped", I stopped her there and I said "REALLY, there is no need to go any further".she replied "ok" and that was the end of the call. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! I guess they don't know what day & time they are running specials because the date & time of the pictures were still within time of the limited "special".

Got a wrong order even after sending the first batch back, was run around a lot, tried Carousel Checks Inc. everything was easy and cheaper.

The estimate I was given was outlandish, but it was for someone else, so I told them not to begin anything until they heard from me they could proceed. A couple of days later they called to inform me my job was finished. That is when I explained about that whole "wait till you hear from me" thing and said I was sorry they went to all that trouble unnecessarily. Oh, and they wanted to charge me to REMOVE THE STAPLES from my originals for $0.35 a page (I had over 150 pages). That was when I said just give me the staple remover and I will do it myself.

I recently ordered a couple items from Print EZ. I cannot tell you enough how happy I was with my purchase. Katie, who helped with the invoices, was a doll! So courteous and knowledgeable. I received my email proof about 36 hours after having placed my order on the phone with Katie, and was so excited to confirm it. My checks, that I ordered with Cynthia, were on my doorstep two days after having ordered them.

She was great! I can't wait to tell my friends where I get my paper products from. I thought the shipping price was reasonable, and with how quickly my products came I knew it was worth every penny!

Ordered business checks from them and within 24 hours I couldn't believe that I had them. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and definitely went out of their way to help me out since I have never used them before. Print EZ was a fantastic choice to go through all around.

Forms from Print E-Z are very affordable and just right for our needs. Quality the same as the higher-priced competition. Service is very good. Delivery has always been prompt. We see from the web-site that the product line is broader than when we started. We plan to do more shopping with Print E-Z. We definitely recommend Print E-Z.

I ordered computer checks for the first time with this company. They're customer service was great! The same day I placed the order, the checks were shipped out. They also offer 20% discounts on new orders. I will definitley be ordering from this company from now on!

We have been ordering custom accounting products for over 15 years, and have always had a pleasant experience. The few times we encountered mistakes, Print EZ cheerfully corrected them. Would highly recommend. Prices are competitive and service is superior.
