At first it was a good experience, my husband and I sat down with the owner and the graphic designer and planned out exactly how we wanted our shirts. Then when my husband went to go pick them up, our logo was a bit crooked. When I called the next day to see what could be done, the owner Karen told me that in her 15 years of printing she had never had this problem.
When I asked for a portion of our money back because (I do appreciate the work that she did) she was rude and a bit stuck up. After going back and forth for 20 minutes, she then agreed to give us a partial refund. She did ask me not to come back there because she does not want to deal with unhappy customers, which blew my mind. I'm sorry but it is a bit hard to believe that in 15 years of work not one person had an issue. I would go back there BUT ONLY if there were different owners.
