Great people to deliver or pick up from. They were courteous and respectful. Driver of a full size semi would be a good idea to nose on down to the end of the road and expect to back on out. No issues.

I have been working with this company for years and just recently placed on order for 300 hats, they came out terrible, it is a simple 1 color logo and the spacing is all wrong, I have complain but in almost 2 weeks no on has called me I keep emailing my customer service representative he tells me that the owner say these are acceptable but my customer disagrees and will not take them. Bad bad experience, and even worse customer service!

We had the same experience as Payables. We ordered garments to be shipped to Atlas (as always!) then followed with a PO and artwork only to get an automated reply that they are not accepting any new orders. When we suggested that they could have sent an e-mail blast to all customers proactively, they replied that they "always" tell customers to reach out to them first.

This is simply not true. We then had to waste additional time to secure an RMA from the supplier and coordinate that with Atlas, who made it as painful as possible by requiring that we complete their internal form despite sending them the RMA # and shipping labels from the supplier. We are done with Atlas.

The prices are good but you pay for what you get. There is no quality control and they will run a job destroying many pcs of apparel then blame it on you. In this specific case 50 caps were destroyed because the embroidery file that we supplied indented the caps. Karl from Atlas did multiple stitch outs for us and it looked great from the scan they sent us.

I also asked Karl if everything looked good. He gave the A-OK and we went forward with embellishing the caps. When the customer received the caps they were indented a lot. I contacted Karl about this and he explained to me that they are a factory and they are at no fault. They just take your file and run it and don't look back. Mind you this was after we did the stitch outs and he said everything looked good. You would think that maybe after a few caps were destroyed they would have stopped the job and alerted me. NOPE

If there were no stars, I'd give them that. Horrible customer service. Difficult to work with. Go elsewhere. I tried to give you business but Karl Johnson was a horrific individual to deal with. Unprofessional and rigid. No troll just being honest. See PO # 20012

Do not waste your time! They are not accepting screen printing orders. Business must be really great! I used ATLAS for years. I just ordered blanks, had them shipped, then emailed my orders to find out that they are not accepting orders! I suggested they put a note on their website and I was told that the owner, Mitchell wants people to ONLY be notified when they email/call orders. I am going to try: Wecandoprinting! in Pompano. Good luck ATLAS.

Atlas is #1 in all they do. They are amazing at great customer care and of course all their services and done to perfection. I use atlas for many many years and would never use anyone else. I trust atlas will all my printing and embroidery. I highly recommend ATLAS for all you printing and embroidery needs. I love them

Mitchell is as pompous and full of himself as anyone you have ever met. He is unpleasant and not professional. There are better companies to deal with.

I have been using Atlas since 2006 with my professional organizations and Company shirts. Jacki, Jeremy and Karl are absolutely fabulous in making sure that my t-shirts and tote bags that are screen printed and my button downs and polos that are embroidered are always produced in a timely fashion, and provided with the upmost excellence in care. I seriously, would never use another Company.

This was a comment from my client on the quality of printing Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing did on a complicated screen printing job. We switched to Atlas for this job, but the client was unaware. "Just unpacking the t shirts Allen. They truly are the nicest shirts you have made for us. The colors are fantastic! Thank you" Their Customer Service agent Carmel was excellent and was very helpful in fixing my ordering mistakes

I have worked with Atlas Embroidery for several years. My orders are always accurate and on-time. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whenever I call with questions. Their prices are fair and the work is top-notch.

I work for a small company and every year we host a charity golf tournament. This past year we decided to have T-shirts made with our company logo as well as all those who were sponsors. This was a last minute decision so we knew finding a company to make the shirts might be a difficult task, and on top of our time crunch we had a budget to stick to. Atlas Embroidery was the first company we called because of raving reviews from other small business owners in the area.

After our initial meeting to discuss our needs and ideas we had a draft ready to go. Outside of the excellent customer service, Atlas made the whole process almost effortless. The turn around time was incredible and the shirts were top quality. We will definitely use Atlas for future screen-printing needs as well as embroidery.

This company does good work. We have used them both for embroidery and screen printing. BUT - watch your timing. It seems they have a set amount of time that MUST pass before producing your items. They do get them out when they say, but when they say it will be out is normally something like 10-12 business days. Just watch that and you will be great.

I've been doing business with Atlas for about 7 years and they've had consistently good service and prices! We used them mainly for embroidery orders, but have also done some silkscreen T's with them also. Great turn around time and beautiful work.
