As a project manager/consultant, WGPP oversees and coordinates all resources in the development, management and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, packaging, systems and workflow design in multiple vertical markets.

While VP Production at McCann Erickson SF, I managed a team of producers, instilling in them the desire to never "rest on their laurels". I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, conducting performance reviews and training for production and traffic team members. I found it very rewarding to work with creative teams, educating them on the newest production methods, technologies, paper stocks, and alternatives.
Led and produced, in 2010, over 400 advertising campaigns for numerous clients primarily in the areas of business to business and political direct mail resulting in expenditures over $2,500,000. Have worked with over 30 creative teams and account teams, resulting in a strong reference list of satisfied customers.
Experience enables me to forecast budgets quickly and know where the majority of the budget will be spent. From here I can consult on package alternatives or production methods that will make producing that piece cost efficient. All this before we even hit production. Through careful planning you can maintain the appeal of a project while reducing costs.
