Big City Business Forms

(Edit made one yr later: Geoff helped me with my business cards and they are so impressive! He helped me choose a cardstock with an actual sueded texture, which makes people do a double take once I hand it to them! The simple, yet elegant gold lettering was the extra touch I didn't even know was available, until Geoff took the time to show me samples in-office.

If you need business cards. THIS is the place to go! )The owner, Geoff, is very patient and takes time to listen to your needs. They offer a huge amount of printing services! From business checks and brochures to promo items with your company's/small business' logo on them, glassware and water bottles, t-shirts and food packaging boxes and stickers, presentation folders.

You name it. I'm pretty sure Geoff can figure it out for you. He has been with Big City since 1998! And purchased the business earlier this year, from the owner (his business mentor) upon her retirement. I LOVE that you can visit the office to view samples of a lot of the jobs they've done, so you can get a visual idea of how something may turn out before ordering. Great communication and products!

I am a small business owner and I needed some new business forms and cards printed out so I got referred from another business owner to Big City Prints. I called and Karen answed the phone and was very helpful. She invited me down to the store to meet with her so I drove over. Karen was so nice and helpful with my requests and showed me exactly what I was looking for.

My expectations are very high and super custom so we exchanged emails a few times to zero in on the product I specifically needed. I also delt with Geoff via email and i felt very good having two different professionals from Big City Prints helping me. I went with super high quality 2sided business cards that are gold foil, thick and feel like there coated with sued.

I couldn't be happier all because this business is all about making what YOU want! So whatever your budget is give Big City Prints a call. But if it's for your own business dont cheat yourself, wait the extra few days, spend a little more money and get the super high quality cards. I will tell you there well worth it. You'd have to travel far and wide to find someone like Karen Bondreaux. Big City's website says Karen will go to any lengths to make her customers happy and this is TRUE. She researches deeply and provides choices with the various pro's and con's. Very responsible and responsive. Can't say more! Rave review.

BCBF normally doesn't do walk-ins but I wasn't aware of that so I just showed up with a PDF on a flash drive. Karen was on her way out for lunch but she was super helpful and 5 minutes later I walk away with my prints. Great service - thanks a bunch!

I want to make this as clear and simple as possible, Karen and team are gems. I wanted to create a very specific style of business card. Knowing almost nothing about the industry, I decided to pay Karen a visit. From the get go, she treats me as an equal, never frustrated with my lack of knowledge. After exploring what felt like thousands of options, Karen was actually able to understand what I was going for and executed.

She is so knowledgeable on paper quality and print options, it's almost impossible for me to ever go back to online services like Vista Print or Moo. I can't speak for the quality of Karen's other offerings, but if you're tired of having almost zero creative control over of your business cards, give Big City Prints a try. They're even mindful enough to push back on requests that will do harm to your overall vision, can't find that online!

So rude. I called to have a test print done and the woman was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Very confrontational and unclear, I will not be seeking out any kind of business with such hostile employees.

This is such a long overdue review for Karen. she is so awesome! When my wife and I decided to start our own business Karen was are go to for everything custom printed. stickers, cards. you name it. She is the nicest person ever and really makes sure you're happy. She has great suggestions and will ALWAYS go the extra mile. Thank you Karen! And to anyone looking for somewhere for custom printing. Karen is it. She has a level of customer service that just doesn't exist anywhere else anymore.

I recently used Big City Printing for some letterhead and business cards. Karen was very good to work with. There was an issue that happened on my business card project because my logo is tough to print. Karen resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The bottom line is she is very customer focused and wants the customer to leave her business happy. I would highly recommend Big City and Karen to anyone with printing needs.

Karen is an absolutely pleasure to work with. Before I came into the store, I emailed her to ask for a price quote and showed her the design. I am not a professional at photoshop so there were many things wrong with my graphic. The pixels weren't right and there needed to be some adjustments to the size. She explained everything to me and offered to have her graphics designer fix it for me. Luckily, I had a friend that helped me with all this.

But it was nice that she offered this service. She helped me print my Save the Dates for my wedding. Karen also showed me the different types of paper and gloss she offered. It turned out great! I had so many compliments after I mailed them out. I will definitely reach out to her again when I'm ready to make my invitations.

I have been doing business with Big City for the last few years now. This review is long overdue! As a self employed business owner I have to say Big City really has their whole game on point! Their customer service and professionalism is unparalleled. Working with Karen on my numerous orders has been nothing but a pleasure, and she makes sure that every person is absolutely happy with every order.

Big City is great! I have been working with them since 1996 when I was starting a small business and they helped me design a card. I just had some new cards printed and they are as great to work with as ever, plus quick and reasonably priced. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my printing needs.

Karen and Geoff are amazing and wonderful to work with. I have been using their services for what seems like decades. I have had some many products designed and printed from my new non-profit business to my personal dog training and breeding hobby. They have designed business cards, postcards, brochures, stickers and even tee-shirts and each product came out perfect.

Karen is AMAZING! I came across this place as we were looking for a local printer to print a report for work. Wow-Karen is nice, patient and takes her time to make sure everything is the best quality it can be. Karen is AMAZING! If I could give them 6 stars I would. As a grad student with very little time and limited funds, Karen was our savior! She got us a super fast turnaround on our vinyl banner at an incredible price. The quality of the banner was great and we had expected it to be super heavy at 6' x 10' but it was actually quite light and easy to install.

The colors came out really well and we have had to reinstall it in a different venue for a grad show exhibit and it looks just as perfect as it did the first install! Thank you so much Karen!

I worked with Big City Design & Print to make materials for a research project I manage. Karen provided extremely good service at a competitive price - and was very warm and friendly to boot! We had Big City make us 1000 stickers from original art (including a water color that they scanned for us) as well as 8 large wall decals (essentially removeable / reposition-able stickers meant for the wall).

The final products were excellent quality, and still fit within our budget. Karen helped us select the materials to print on - which was very helpful, as we had no prior experience making stickers, and had very specific needs (e.g., we wanted waterproof, multi-colored, affordable stickers). Other companies we spoke with told us it wasn't even possible to make waterproof stickers - thankfully, we kept looking until we found Big City. Karen was very attentive, replied to our queries quickly, got our products to us on time, and helped us find the right specifications to fit our project. I really appreciated her help, and recommend Big City Design & Print very highly!

These guys are super good printers. They went to great lengths to find me the paper I wanted and mailed me samples. When I finally made up my mind and sent them artwork, it was printed THAT DAY (even though I hadn't paid for a rush service), shipped the next, and I had it in a matter of a few days. Thanks guys!
