WORST Customer Service I have ever received! Definitely would NOT recommend this company. They printed folders for my company that had the wrong color in multiple areas. We asked them to be reprinted and they refused. They offered to give us a discount on the incorrect folders, but we need correct folders not a discount. Jerry told us he would not reprint and refused to give us our art work that we have already paid for on previous orders. They also stated that we should pay for the incorrect folders that we refused and they picked up from us. Extremely unprofessional!

Great work! Their turnaround on test prints is the fastest I've ever worked with and gives us peace of mind. Very friendly staff and easy to coordinate with. Very fairly priced for the quality and timely process. Strongly recommend! Use them today and upgrade the quality of your print materials -- you won't regret it.

I have used Paragon Printing for a few years now. They deliver high quality materials and the staff is always helpful. Conna is a pleasure to do business with and always makes sure we have what we need. I like that they take care of printing, stuffing, mailing and more. I highly recommend this company!

Used them one time, went to pick up printing at the time promised and they had not even started it, I was catching a flight so at that point the printing was of no value. Even so, they called to have somebody pick it up after I was on the airplane to say they delivered. The quality was HORRIBLE, CROOKED PRINTING AND CROOKED CUTTING. Sent the printing back and they still refuse to refund my money.
First instinct when demanding payment up front was a red flag, I should not have ignored it. Know why they demand money up front now, because all printing would be rejected and not paid for. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER A HORRIBLE PRODUCT AFTER IT IS DUE. BAD ENOUGH THE QUALITY IS BAD, THE PRINTING IS DELIVERED AFTER IT CAN NOT BE USED EVEN IF THE PRINTING WAS ACCEPTABLE, THEIR PROMISES CLEARLY ALSO HAVE NO VALUE.

Paragon was a complete disappointment to us. Our business cards were needed five days after the files were supplied (offset printing). We made arrangements for a press check on Wednesday; the printer showed up to our office that afternoon with all 3,000 cards instead of a small sample. His explanation was that his press operator had left on vacation that morning and they were forced to print all of the cards the night before to meet our deadline (which could have been easily explained to me when we spoke on the phone the day before). Anyhow, the quality of the cards was dismal at best.
The black ink was wearing off in spots and ghosted in places, plus the paper had torn all around the edges from being cut with a dull blade (not to mention the cards were not even cut to the correct size). We had our suspicions that they were printed digitally, and upon inspection with a loupe our suspicions were confirmed. Rather than attempting to correct the horrible job, they tried desperately to convince me to purchase the cards at the price that was quoted to me.
I think the exact words were something along the lines of, "I really don't think potential clients will even look at the back of the cards. All they care about is the information". If you are looking to produce something that will be embarassing to you and your company, look no further. If you want printed materials that are impressive, look somewhere else.
