PLS, Inc. has over 25 years of material converting and printing experience. From film to paper products in both pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive form. Open and closed cell foams products, supported and unsupported transfer adhesives, roll magnetic materials, holographic and reflective materials.
When we transitioned over to a new packaging prototype we went to Process Label to help us design a label that would fit around the uniquely shaped canisters the product is packaged in. Their designers and sales team worked with me to come up with a label that looked great and fit perfectly. Over the years as we have grown the line, PLS has been efficient and effective at handling new designs and rush requests. For our demanding customers we have always used PLS since I have held my current position at Suncoast Forms & Systems.

Process Label Systems Runs the Domino N610i UV Cured Digital Inkjet Press. A printable web width of 13.11 and the ability to run up to 246 fpm. The expanded color gamut covers up to 90% of the Pantone range with outstanding color consistancy and repeatability and the benefit of being able to print high opacity white.
