Stay away from there. I went in and was "helped" by the heavy set blonde girl there. I asked if I could have an email printed out, she said she could only do it if I forwarded over to her email. I forwarded the email. It was just 1 page attachment that I needed to print. She printed the paper, and I thought it would cost $0.25 to $0.50 tops. And she said the charge would be $7.15 for one single black and white sheet of paper! This place is a complete rip off!

Update: Refused service to my family members and cited my review as the reason why they wouldn't take the job. Professionalism at an all time low here. Serious lack of professionalism and condescending attitudes. Varying quotes depending on who is at the counter, all while they suggest they should receive future discounts at my establishments, while offering none in return, wow, seriously out of line, this attitude needs to be put in check.
Not only was I taken aback by the conversation involving the jobs I needed completed, they would need a week to complete simple jobs that took my local office depot 10 minutes to complete. Unbelievable in this day and age. I've been a graphic designer for a decade and have worked with dozens of printing services and have never felt such utter lack of basic social skills and respect for the people using the services without being talked to like someone beneath them.
I do not recommend shopping at this location, especially if you prefer to be priced consistently or prefer to speak on equal terms when discussing what jobs you need for them to complete. Reading another recent review seems to point to this as a common pattern.

I googled a fed ex location and this came up as being a fed ex store. First, I couldn't find the place because there is no visible sign to let you know the store is there and it wasn't even a true fed ex store. I tried to return an online Walmart purchase and the front desk girl said we are kind of a fed ex place? I proceeded to show her my QR code for the return and she said oh I can't scan that my system doesn't do that? WHAT?! Are we not living in the 2022?
Can't scan a QR code hmm she was definitely lying and being a B! So hence this bad but true review. This place is useless and shouldn't be in business just to waste peoples time!

I tried the one in gresham for a special print job. they called me 15 min before pick up after waiting all day and sending the files in, to tell me their printer broke. So i tried the one in Vancouver. they quoted me 3x the price of the one in gresham but that was after i called them to see if they were done because i hadn't heard back from them since accepting the job and taking the files they asked me to send. they then told me they had left a message that morning to tell me about it. i got every other message but theirs. i really don't think they called or left a message as i saw no trace of either and no email. So two places have my files and i have nothing but 3 days wasted time. Don't use minuteman press if you can help it.

I would give Minuteman Press (on Fourth Plain, Vancouver) a 10 star if I could! My husband and I run our own restaurant business and we print everything and anything from here. Because their work if beautiful and we absolutely love working with their staff! I want to specifically thank Chris at the Fourth Plain location for being such a joy to work with!

I purchased a video card on OfferUp, the guy selling it is the owner of the shop. I thought it was strange that he was selling the card on OfferUp, since he had a shop & strange that he didn't want to meet at the shop. But I brought a 1080ti @ $700, took it home, turned it on & it fires up. I shut it down & turned it on the next day, it works, I got to update the driver & it crashes, with black screen.
I try to get ahold of him on the app, he won't answer. He ignored me for 10 days, then finally answers & tells me to bring it by his shop. The he said he can't get it to show a picture, I told he that this was the problem. He offered me to fix it. I was like, how is that fair, so he offers to fix it for me, for free, 3-5weeks & gave me a receipt It's now been 8-9weeks, while I called every week or so, far an update. Was told it was done on the 5th week, but no pickup date available, kept calling.
Today he answered, said he lost my number, lost his copy of the receipt. Even thought he has my contact info from OfferUp, text, calls & receipt. But no contact, now the card is defective, he is accusing me of tampering with it, & refuses any compensation for the fraudulent product. I still have my copy of receipt. He was quick to point blame at me & even quicker to deny responsibility for it.
He gets $700 for a brick he sold me. If you look through the bad reviews of the company, the owner replies with Grammer & responses of a high school drama queen. Very childish for a grown man. This is the worst experience, the only thing the can fix is basic repairs, as they had me wait for hours to be seen, & I watch the "repair" service they offer. I wish I could give 0 stars.!DO NOT COME TO THE RIP OFF ARTIST/SCALPER!

Alana and her team are amazing. There is a huge difference between the two Minuteman stores. I ONLY recommend going to THIS ONE on 12004 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. DO NOT go to the other store EVER. THIS STORE is professional and prompt with a full team that works hard. Everything they made was neat, packaged carefully and professionally done. Absolutely outstanding (especially if you need commercial grade products). Had an absolutely terrible experience with the OTHER Minuteman store in Hazeldell (not only were they unprofessional but they required to be charged for the product ahead of time, there was no proof, all of our hundreds of mailmerge items were out of order, and they damaged almost all of the envelopes which were also overpriced).
You should ONLY ever go to this Minuteman Press.even if you have to drive the extra 15 minutes. Worth more in that investment of time than what you will end up paying with if you go to the other one.

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. I had a pretty important project I needed done on a bit of a time crunch. They were extremely responsive and on top of it, checking with me on sizing and positioning issues and giving me time to correct a couple things before we went to print - Wandean was especially wonderful to work with. And then the day I needed to pick up, I found that I had looked at the wrong week on my calendar and told them I needed the project a week later than I did.
I was totally panicked knowing that I had messed up my deadline, but they came through and had my order ready for pick up THAT AFTERNOON anyway. They literally saved the day for me, and I could not have been more impressed with the quality, customer service, and kindness for rushing my order despite their busy schedule. I will ONLY use them for future projects, they went above and beyond and I am so impressed! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Minute Man Press and our graphic designer Stuart. From the very start Stuart was professional, creative and patient. It didn't matter how many times I wanted to change a small detail he was very gracious, and his response time was outstanding. Stuart also thought of things that I may want on our business cards that I hadn't thought of.
I only wish I had gone to them sooner. It look months of looking online for a reasonably priced graphic designer and drawing up my own vision of what I wanted. In the end I received a beautiful, professional quality business card I'm very proud to hand out at a very reasonable price in a short amount of time. Definitely keep it local with this company!

I am a small business owner. I went in to Minuteman Press on Fourth Plain 3 weeks ago looking to purchase T shirts and sweatshirts with my company logo. A lady who identified herself as the "owner" helped me and we looked through the catalog. I picked out the shirts and sweatshirts I wanted. She gathered all my info and said she would call me back the next day because so and so was off work.
I should also mention I left a shirt with her that has my current Logo so they could duplicate it and have it as an example. NO ONE called me back. 10 days later I was nearby minuteman so I stopped in to see if there was progress. Again, the lady who said she was the owner said she was waiting on a call and she would call me back the next day. Here we are. 3 weeks later. NEVER ONCE did she call me.
Never once did she communicate with me about anything. The only time she did is when I went in person and asked what was going on. Its obvious this business is not interested in the 20 t shirts/ sweatshirts I need to order. They have wasted 3 weeks of my time and I will NEVER use them for anything again.

I asked if they could print a document that I emailed to them and if it would "break the bank." She said yes they could do that and that it would NOT break the bank. The 1-page document was printed and I gasped when the lady said it would be a $6.75 "HANDLING CHARGE" plus 49 cents for the printed document. I asked, "seriously, " thinking that she was joking.

Poorly run, disorganized, dirty, un-friendly and expensive. Tried to order business cards, envelopes, stationery, and printed reply envelopes. I gave up after 3 tries in 4 months, they couldn't get it right even with samples I supplied. I never thought it would get this bad when I first changed my address. Hate to change my address again, not good for my customer relations and always lose some clients when I change but this is getting ridiculous. Hope the owner sells to someone with experience.

Because of Alyssa's act of kindness, I was able to keep my son out of a terrible situation. I found out on (extremely) short notice that I had to print and fax very important information to a facility my son is at. If I didn't get it in, my son was going to be stranded 6-1/2 hours away. Alyssa was so quick to help me, I was able to get everything to my son and he was able to stay where he was. I can not thank you enough.

I went in with a 24 page booklet for a graphic design portfolio and was promised it would be ready by the following afternoon. Came back the following day, and upon looking at my pages they were printed out of order and mixed up. I told Alyssa ( I believe her name was) and she was immediately going back to the machine to fix it for me. Also, I had brought my own paper with me since it was a heavy card stock, but they insisted on using a similar card stock they had on hand instead of asking for more of my paper (big plus in my book, good customer service moment) Their rates were AMAZING, a similar shop in portland quoted me over 5x the price. All in all, great customer service (thank you Alyssa!) i'll DEFINITELY be coming back for future print projects.

Just stopped by to copy 4 pages. B&W copier was just mystical. You have to write down beginning number and ending number for them. Also, you have to load the paper for them. The 8 1/2 X11 drawer was full of blue paper, but machine said "empty". I needed a certificate printed from my phone. They charge $6.95 to print an electronic file. I'll drive a little further next time to go to Fed-Ex/Kinkos. The employees weren't very personable or helpful either.

I needed 600 double sided full bleed flyers in a 24 hour turnaround time and these folks delivered! Good quality on the cardstock and everything came out perfect. Pricing was pretty awesome too. Will definitely use you all again for my local printing needs. I love how I have the option of either emailing or uploading files directly to your website.
Their followup was timely, streamlined. For a business owner, it's an incredible relief to go to a print house that doesn't make you want to pull your hair out. These guys delivered!

This is the first time that I have ordered from this store. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a store. The size of lettering on the business cards was so small you could hardly read the name and phone number on the card. When asking how come a store would print 1000 cards that were not legible I was told that this was my fault and that I was an idiot by the owner of this Minuteman Press.
She actually got up into my face I took out my phone to record the situation because I needed document that this person was coming at me. In the video I said, "You are in my space" and took a step back. She said that this was her space and got about 6 inches from me. I then stopped taping and called the police. Very "fishy" service. My office fax went down and had to use their fax service. Sending fax to an 800 (aka toll free aka free) fax number. When asked why it was $8.00 to fax 6pages to an 800 number he chose to argue with me that 800 numbers are charged as long distance on fax machines. Which their not. It wasn't about the money but the attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. I won't use these guys again and advice is ask a descriptive total before you pull your card out.

Oh crap! Mom's birthday is this week and I haven't sent her anything! Off to the stores I go collecting her favorite things, jigsaw puzzles, recipes and trinkets. Ok, now I have all this stuff how do I get it to southeast Idaho in three days? Enter Minuteman Press, an everything you need in one place shop for printing, graphics and shipping. Tucked away in a strip mall with a BiMart and a several empty stores lies this little gem of a place.
Sometimes you just don't think that the US Postal Service can get the job done, after all it is Government subsidized, so you turn to Fed Ex or UPS, well Minuteman does both. In the end my Mom got her birthday present and I stayed in the Will.

Recently I used Minuteman in Vancouver to do a business card run for my business. I was quoted the rate for the order at the desk. I agreed and was provided an invoice which I paid. I was told it would be about 5 biz days until they would be completed. Two days later I received a phone call that they were ready to be picked up. When I arrived the cards were ready as ordered however I was presented with a bill for an additional $95.
When I questioned why I was paying the additional funds I was told that the bulk of the charge was overnight shipping per box which a) was never mentioned and b) was admittedly added by the owner of the establishment after I made the initial order. I paid the invoice because I needed the cards for an event. Since, I've spoken to management looking for a refund for the non authorized overnight shipping charges.
Management defers to the owner who will not refund the amount after admitting that she added the charges on her own. I've also made requests to be contacted directly by the owner but have yet to receive any correspondence. I've done business with this co. for a decade prior to this incident. At some level the previous loyalty and support, I feel, should count for something but it obviously does not. I'm appalled at the unauthorized liberties taken by the ownership/staff and further lack of customer service to mitigate their mistake.
I warn all considering using this business to think twice. There are many competitors out there which exceed the quality and customer service of MMP. Do yourselves a favor and find them.
