I ordered soccer club merchandise. A few of the items were out of stock and I received a back order notice when the in stock items arrived. Today I received one of the back ordered items and they substituted a size small for a size medium. The $80 jacket is too big for anyone to wear it. There was a hand written note on the remaining back ordered item that the small sweatshirt was out of stock and I will be receiving a medium on April 4/17.

I left a message for a return call, I was not able to find an email on their website. Typically when a company is out of the item that you order they will cancel the order, not send items that you didn't order. I'm hoping someone will contact me to resolve this very disappointing customer experience. I would like to return the jacket and cancel the sweatshirt order since the items won't fit.
