My friend and I started a new business this year and went to the Print Center for our business cards. We worked with Julia, she was extremely helpful, worked with us on pricing and had timely turnaround. The cards turned out fantastic and we're always getting compliments. Highly recommend

I worked with Julia at the Print Center and she did everything she could do get my order done perfectly. She was in communication the whole time and told me all my options. I really appreicated their help.

Very friendly and flexible! Very fast. They don't just "process" requests like the other print shops, they take every request seriously and as if it were their own creative project. They provide out of the box ideas and offer options to make sure your print job is as thoughtful and professional as possible. I have printed many invitations and greeting cards with them, utilizing their graphic design services, and also have used them for high-end corporate print jobs (business cards, brochures, booklets with premium binding). No other shop around compares!

I should've checked the reviews before walking into this place. I was rushing and needed to print only eight black-and-white copies. I emailed her the file and she charge me $15 for that. That is an absurd amount for any print shop as I know what all the other local places charge. It's very rude of them to not even inform the customer prior to printing that their minimum is $15. When I ask why such a high price she stated "it's because I have to walk away from all my other projects to do yours". I was in the store no more than two minutes

Arguably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was charged over $700 to print six black-and-white images and have them framed. The frames were plastic, in bad shape from amateur delivery, and arrived with no wire to hang them up (they responded that was extra). I had to fight to have them re-done with better quality frames, a quality that was still poor compared to what I could've got at Aaron Brothers for half the price. Those frames have already fell apart just a few months later. Do not go here for anything. The owner should be ashamed to service Beverly Hills.

This is such a helpful local resource in the community. Julia and team is super helpful and they've found a way to say Yes to our requests. They are especially good at last minute requests, which is a relief. Very appreciative of them.

The Print Center came through for me with exceptional quality on a super rush job. They went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Despite less than ideal originals, they produced superior work. The Center is clean and bright and the staff is focused and brilliant. It is a pleasure to do business here.

The worst experience I have ever had working with any business. The final price ended up being more than the doubled amount of the original price-fine, and neither the employee nor the business owner apologized for it. Quite the opposite, I was yelled at over the phone, "That's why we don't give out estimation!" Um.okay. Told the employee over the phone that I'd like to have the invoice emailed to me before I come pick up my copies.

I was promised that I'd receive my invoice within 10 mins. 2 hours and another call later, still no invoice. Um, okay. When I finally went to pick up my copies, things were printed upside down. Again, instead of an apology, I was told that their printer got jammed up, thus it was not their fault that my documents got printed upside down. Um.okay.

I waited for my documents to be reprinted. I pointed out that it was quite unprofessional for them to make these mistakes. Surprisingly, I was told again that it was NOT their fault that their printer broke down and that they are "making things right for me anyway." I ended up paying the doubled amount of the estimation because yes, I was desperate. Listen, I totally understand that things happen--people make mistakes---but AT LEAST apologize and offer some form of solution.

As I was leaving, the owner handed me his business card and told me that he'd take care of me next time when I need something to be done. I simply cracked up laughing. I mean, seriously?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work at a PR agency across the street and hired Print Center for a simple menu print job along with basic white name cards (which avg $10 for a pack of 50). When I arrive to pick it all up the super rude older Indian man tells me that the menu print job would be $50 (as expected), but that the basic white name cards are ALSO $50!

Imagine my shock as Amazon has them listed for $10 for a pack of 50. When I tell him we no longer take the name cards he tells me that he will hold the menus unless I pay for both. Name cards are NOT specialized, they are blank! Why would I need to purchase both? With the dinner party my agency is hosting only a few hours away I literally had no choice but to purchase double what I was initially quoted. Overall just walk across the street to FedEx, save yourself the money and headache.

Awful service! charged me $188 for 2 printouts of approx. 20 pages. in a size/layout that i didn't even ask for/ or want. was spoken to rudely & aggressively. very incompetent staff. i have filed a complaint with the business-consumer alliance. am awaiting a full reimbursement. deserves 0 stars.

So disappointed with print center. Business cards came out terrible with no contrast and after one day in my money clip the finish is shedding off. When I requested they be printed again because they look nothing like the sample I was shown. I was told that I would only get a 25% discount. I even offered pay up to 50% of the original cost just to be nice and they refused.

Please don't waste your time and money going here and choose a place with more integrity that cares about their work. I've added a picture is well so you can see for yourself.

Got my head shots printed today. Very friendly staff, I got 25 copies of 4 shots. The price, quality of paper and the color was great. Got it all done in 45 min, and I'm good to go. I'll be seeing them again.

This is the first time I posted on yelp, but I feel like I have to. I needed good quality scans for book illustrations. Jim assured me that would be great and made me pay ahead. It cost about $175 for 10 scans. They had them done about 4 hours later and showed me previews. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND UNUSABLE. The color is so completely off from the originals.

I am so disappointed. I told Jim on the spot that I am unhappy and he just kind of shrugged, said he thought it was great and that nobody would be able to do better than this and gave me my flash drive. I would never go to this place again. I had already paid so there was nothing I could do. I am so disappointed.

Print Center does fast, quality work. I went in to get some of my head shots printed out and I was very satisfied with the final product. The service was great and the owner was very kind. I plan on coming in more with new jobs. Print Center is definitely the best printing business in the area!

I was hoping this would be the perfect location for all my office's printing needs as it very covienent being just a few minute drive away. Sadly, I can't see myself ever coming back. You will never feel appreciated when you are in the store. The first time I went in I was standing at the front desk for 5 minutes before anyone came to help me.

The person working (who i believe is also the store owner) clearly saw me, but instead thought sitting at his computer and ignoring me was the better customer service move. When i finally do get service, I was treated rudely. The employee kept implying I was stupid, when I was just trying to get all the facts before making such a big purchase. It is a shame.

They are in a great location, in the heart of Beverly Hills and I will make sure to let everyone know to take their business elsewhere. And maybe the employee who helped me, could google search "how not to be rude to customers who want to give you money". I am sure there are some great "wikihow" articles highlighting that.

Is there a "no star" option? This guy (business owner or manager, not sure) is not helpful. I went in to print headshots and they charge a $15 minimum. I proceeded to offer to pay up front for a bulk order of my next headshots since I am getting new ones soon. I figured that would be a great deal for him and he could charge me a more reasonable amount for 2 prints in the meantime.

He told the employee who relayed the message "no" and followed up with "we can't do it right now anyway". Wow. I feel bad for the employee I was speaking with who works for that guy. He was arrogant and rude. You'd think a printing service would provide printing services- especially if you offer to pay in advance for a large order! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid like the plague. Last year I worked with Jim to have a run of 1,000 photo presentation folders printed. He seemed helpful and worked with me to execute my slightly complicated, custom project. The work was delivered on time in about 72 hours for a fair price. So far, so good, right? Well, this is where the story unravels: Quality. First off, he swapped out the paper stock - the material he showed me during out meeting is NOT what was delivered. Second, the custom portion of the order (photo corners) were totally useless - not at all what we discussed.

I ended up with 1000 units that I couldn't use, but due to a deadline, had to make work. Now, 6 months later I need to figure out a new solution. Typically, I find it's better to try and work with a vendor to improve the product. I emailed Jim again, he invited me to come by. We discussed simplifying the project - ditch the custom corners.

This time 400 units, just so I don't get aced with a ton of wasted product if it's not right. His response? He doubled the price (and I recall another reviewer mentioning a similar experience when they came back for a reorder). The first order was about $500 for 1,000 units. This time $400 for 400 units. Sorry Jim, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice - go screw yourself. Mediocre quality, total bait and switch bullshit.

Thanks for wasting my time. Note: I found a new printer whose per-unit price is roughly 50, *including* a custo m die cut, which Jim wanted to charge me an additional $300 for. Yah, save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this place.

I came in here with my kiddo who was on a crazy vibe that afternoon. I was fortunate that Jim (the owner) was patient and just gave me the "look" which was great because I am the kind of parent that will scare my child with the threat of having to work for the store if it's damaged. Anyway, I digress, sooo I got a quote for two signs my husband needed and tried to contact my busy husband which was close to impossible.

While I waited for his response to the pricing I went to FedEx and got a quote. While FedEx gave a better price, I decided to bring the price back here and see if they could match it. I always prefer to do business with a smaller business than give our money to a chain, even if they do a great job. Julia met with me and talked to Jim quickly and he offered to beat it!

I actually told Julia to charge me the same as Kinko's offered and she raised the price a little but still didn't match the price. (I really just wanted a matching price, because it's only fair, but they go above and beyond here.) I let them know to use the least expensive foam board they had and the lowest quality printing (since they were giving me a deal, I wanted to be fair to their business).

I mentioned it was for a one time thing and would probably be thrown out immediately following the use. The signs came out incredible and my husband is actually going to keep one as a memory piece after it's use! He was so thrilled with how they turned out (and we got them the SAME DAY!) I am so excited to have such a wonderful company that I can trust close to home.

I urge people to use them versus the other guys! Support small business' and guess what, they do a better job anyway! By the way, they validate your parking for the lot behind them. Which for people that don't have a permit for that area is crucial!
