Turnaround times is the date your job will be ready for pick up or shipping from our location and are based on the date we receive your signed PDF proof approval, we will start production as soon as we receive clients' written approval to print. Hard copy contract or press proofs will take longer to produce therefore turnaround time will be based on when we receive your written approval to print.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all goods are sold upon the following terms and conditions to the exclusion of any terms and conditions of the Purchaser and no agent or representative of COMPANY NAME (the Company) has any authority to vary or omit, part of or all of, these conditions.
