DROPPED OFF MY PRINTER ON FRIDAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GFET BACK AT ME ON SATURDAY, NEVER HEART FROM THEM LEFT THEM EMAILS AND VOICE MESSAGES NEVER GOT A RESPONSE KEPT ON CALLING NO ANSWER FINALLAY BY TUESDAY SOMEONE PICKED UP MY CALL AND I REALIZED THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ON IT AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME $40 FOR NOTHING

I thought that my printer had finally "given up the ghost" because it kept rejecting a printer cartridge I had purchased at Office Depot. I asked an employee if this was the correct cartridge before I bought it because my computer model # was not listed on the box. he assured me it was. After reading the Yelp reviews I took my printer here thinking it might be the printer head.

One quick look by the owner, who advised me that it was not the correct cartridge. I got the right cartridge and the printer started working immediately. I understand why the reviews are so good. no "upsell" no "bait and switch" An honest business doing the right thing for the customer WeFixPrinters is "my go-to" going forward. There's "no substitute for honesty"

I was referred to this company by PC Parlor, which also does amazing work. Apparently, PC Parlor has been referring their clients to WeFixPrinters for several years and now I know why. Our printer was less than a year old when it stopped printing. We had a protection plan, but I misplaced the paperwork. I found We Fix Printers via Google Search and called them. Tracey and the other team members who very responsive and they looked up my printer for me and ordered a replacement. Whenever I called or emailed, someone always got back to me. We picked our replacement and even that was a smooth process. I highly recommend this company. They saved our sanity!

My HP color printer was producing terrible color output. After trying all the HP fix tips, I called Rob at WeFixPrinters. He asked me to send him some of the bad output plus the supplies status page. From that he successfully diagnosed the problem as a bad Cyan cartridge. Thanks to Rob, I didn't have to go through a session with HP.

WeFixPrinters.com. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I'm 68 years old with arthritis and. I had a broken printer. It's a color laserjet HP and very VERY heavy! AND. It's in my UPSTAIRS office. So I was fretting how to get it downstairs into my car and take it someplace to be fixed. To the rescue!. WeFixPrinters.com! Tracey (office gal who handled my call -- she is GREAT!) Luis (who came to MY home and took the heavy printer. all by himself. downstairs and into his car. Rob (who delivered the fixed printer and. all by himself. took it UPSTAIRS and back into my office. Yesterday I posted in the 'Culver City (Unofficial Page) Facebook that I was looking for a printer repair person to see about my broken Hp and Brother printers. I was referred to WeFixPrinters.com. I just called and spoke to a very nice man Luis (I am sorry if I did not spell correctly) and we spoke about my broken printers. We agreed that these printers I have (over 10 yrs old ea.) really aren't worth the money to repair.

I kind of knew that but I wanted to hear it from a pro! I very much appreciate his honesty and professionalism! It also turns out that we both had a similar work history, I use to sell large printers (years ago) and he fixed them from another outfit! Henry had a professional great on site service! I bought HP Office Jet Pro 9015 Sept. 2020 and it was working good for 2 months. However, HP Co. updated something (noticed Nov.14) and suddenly it doesn't change paper size and doesn't print web information. Because I have a home business, I had a big stress for 3 weeks. I called my son (He installed it) and my computer agent to fix these problem.

But they failed to fix it. At last I requested WeFixPrinters.com if they can work on site service since there's some connection problem with my computer, WiFi and HP printer. Then Henry was sent me to fix my problem for one hour and recovered my original condition! I really thankful for his professional job.

Manny kindly helped me troubleshoot my printer over the telephone then honestly said it is done for. He had generously provided some tips too. He and Linda, who answers the telephone, are kind & empathetic. He immediately had been very familiar with my printer & seems highly knowledgeable about other printers too. They helped me immediately over the telephone though I had not ever been to or heard of their store before they had been highly recommended to me this last weekend. They saved me the trip of carrying my heavy printer to and from their location, some distance away. I am thankful to them & thankful for the recommendation to them.

Very helpful, and professional. They asked to see my printer to check it out. Some places did not want to see it, and told me to just go buy a new one. I get it, for new or refurbished printers can be picked up for a very low price. I just felt they could also be lazy! WeFix were upfront, and tried to repair my printer. And half the diagnostic fee can go towards a new printer if you want a new one! I like options. Thanks.

A lady on NextDoor gifted me a printer only for me to find it had a slight defect. Rob was kind enough to check it out and find a workaround to make it stay usable and easier to manage. And did the repair in 24 hours. Really exceeded my expectations/so happy my hopes weren't dashed. Thank you!

I was very happy with my experience at WeFixPrinters. When they serviced my printer, they were upfront and honest with the various options that I had, advising me of difficulty to find replacement parts in the future. When said printer kicked the bucket, not too long thereafter, they took it in and went the extra mile to try to find replacement parts that needed to be replaced. Alas, the cost-effectiveness didn't make sense and they went ahead and applied my original costs towards the purchase on another printer that they had available on site.

I was extremely impressed with the way that Rob and Tracy went out of their way to accommodate me, and I'd be happy to return to them in the future for future printer repair services. A class act business all the way.

One of my computers runs on an older operating system, and HP no longer makes printers compatible with it. These folks not only found one that was new old stock, they gave it to me for free when I bought a printer for the other computer. These people are the best. It's a long drive from where I live to their store, but it's worth every minute on the freeway. If I ever need another printer, I'll see these guys first.

These guys were great! My son tried to change a printer cartridge in our Canon desktop printer and didn't push it in all the way, so the carrel was stuck and wouldn't operate. The gentleman and WFP identified the problem right away and rather than charging us an arm and a leg, was able to fix the issue with just a few seconds of tinkering.

They didn't charge us and even showed us what we were doing wrong so that the problem didn't happen again. Next time we end up with a real printer problem, we know who's getting our business. Thanks guys!

Very helpful people. No questions asked, they replaced my printer for me as it was still under warranty. They worked promptly and ensured the printer worked. At first, the printer I received had issues (from epson) so they ordered another one :)

They get busy but was lucky to get a employee out to look at a unit. our IPF 8000 needed a service call and a print head changed. Fixed what I needed to get done in less than a few minutes! :

Unsure of anything, not worth it. Neglected to speak in deatail about my issues. Extremely slow service and will try very hard to hit you with extra fees at the end. This Is not what your looking for if your printer is out of order. Look elsewhere and don't visit this place it's not worth it. They treat warranted support, as if it's a second class citizen.

This place should be closed. And on top of all of it, there's only two or three real reviews here, the rest are made up. Having no contributions most of them, look at there profiles this being the only one reviewed. Hilarious.

The pricing structure is fair, but I had a job I needed repaired and I had 4 days until it had to be done. I dropped it off on Tuesday and said I had to have it done by Friday, come Friday they tell me in need parts but they don't have them, so now I have to spend 500 dollars on a new printer because they waited until the last available day to even open up the printer and see what's wrong.

That would have been fine if they would have told me they could not look at it until Friday. But they told me they would look at it that day when I dropped it off, when there would have been time to fix it. I am generally disappointed and now out 500 bucks. To be balanced, they're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a great diagnosis, just far too late to be useful.
