I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend this company. Sam's customer service was over and beyond my expectations. As a business owner myself, I was extremely pleased. I had an emergency print job and called at 7am they don't open until 9am. He answered very professional and whenI said I'd call back at 9, he still answered my questions and told me what to do.
I sent my artwork in and he responded quickly. At 9am we went through my quick emergency print job, he texted me a proof, I approved and paid and it was ready super FAST! I will make sure to refer and use them any chance I get. Thank you again Sam for your professionalism and fast turn around!

We came here on the day before Christmas Eve, closer to 4pm because we needed to get a few photos printed for a last minute Christmas gift. We weren't aware they closed early, but the very nice gentleman (didn't catch his name!) took us in, and helped us with everything we needed. He really took his time with the photos, made sure we were happy with how they turned out and provided excellent customer service the entire time even though they were closed at that point. This place will definitely be our go-to from now on!

I've gotten excellent work here in the past but not today. I asked to have some of my flat artwork to be digitally scanned and my scans were very low quality and poorly executed. I was going to use these scans for my professional website and absolutely cannot use them for that; I could've spent 1/3 of the price and got the same low quality scans done at my local print shop. Please make sure when you guys are speaking with your customers to understand what they need so they don't end up wasting their money, thanks.

Thank you for the last minute jobs that are ready the same day. Sure there's a premium for that kind of procrastination but the quality is always top notch and done right. Thus far its been full color postcards and a beautiful vinyl banner. Sure it would have been cheaper at some mass market printer, but will they do the job in just two hours? Saving procrastinators one marketing product at a time! Lucky for me they are within walking distance of my office!

I called with a time-sensitive printing project, and Sam was very accommodating and helpful with the project. I'm a local artist who relies on art $$$ to pay the bills. 5x7 prints are part of my repertoire. Pro Copy does an incredible job with these prints. Exact cuts, great paper, and good turnaround time. At my art show, people even stared at my prints thinking that they were the real art before I told them otherwise. What else is there to say?

Superb service! I was running late for a conference and my assistant didn't include an important document. I emailed the document to Pro Copy when I was en route and they printed it for me! Not only that, they did curbside service when I couldn't find parking. This place really goes above and beyond with their customer service! Highly recommended!

Didn't get the service guy's name. maybe he was the owner. arab/india guy. no, they don't all look alike. just wasn't paying attention. got my rubber stamp made within 2 days. was promised in five.days. banks usually took 2 weeks and costs more $$. informed stamp. can be re-inked for 4.95. will consider it since i'm all thumbs and uncoordinated. (except when writing reviews).
