I Bought an $8,000 Graphtec plotter from them 2 weeks ago, as soon as that payment went through, it was like birds scattering. Like pulling teeth to get help

Unbelievable treatment of their customers as it comes to technical support. Especially upper management. Art Vela is a joke. He does not care about the small business owner, which is the core of their business. I suggest that you find another company to buy supplies from and don't rely on their support team to get the job done. Wants to charge me 0ver $400 for 10 minutes of tech time to install 4 cap tops!

We bought a Roland printer from tubelite with warranty/protection plan back in Sept 2019. We had our first issue with the printer about 3-4 weeks ago and we have called them more than 30 times in hopes of getting our machine back up and running. It took them over two weeks to get the first printer tech to us and after she checked the machine they did not provide her with the parts to fix our printer.

Another week goes by and they send her in again to fix our printer and she still doesn't have the parts to get us back up and running. We are now going on one full months with no printer service and we own a printing company. They will not return our phone calls and we have to chase them down several times per day to get answers and updates. They have not called us one time in regards to our issue we always have to initiate contact!

The service provided by this company is absolute horrible. We have literally lost 1000s of dollars in jobs with our printer being down and no one there has any sense of urgency to fix our problem. The only reason we purchased the machine through tubelite was because they were close to us in Tampa, Fl it was several other companies we could have went with but unfortunately we gave them our business and now we are paying for it.

If you are a business owner please take your business elsewhere because if you ever need anything they will not be any service to you in a timely manner. This had been the worst experience ever.

I live in Orlando and anytime I need supplies for my vinyl shop, I call Tubelite. They deliver right to my door next day or even same day if I call early enough. Always knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. They always have what I need and help me find the right item if I don't know. I usually talk to Luis. He is the BEST!

What, I can't put less then 1 star. I usually use NGlantz (awesome company with local daily deliveries) or Advantage Sign Supply.another local company who is my go to. The times I have tried to get a price from these people they are always at least 30 - 50 percent higher. I would recommend that you should at least call around for pricing.you will be surprised how much you can save - and I am sure everyone reading this can agree that every dollar counts in this business.

I am a 15 + year sign business owner and we originally used Tublite when we opened this business. They were pricey back then, but being new we did not know that. I hope this helps someone make a little more money.we can all use that.

I have used Tublite for decades (#43495) and the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the eshopping experience is still really awful. I finally got the hang of the old estore and although clumsy at best, it worked for me. The new one has way to many steps to get to the products you want. Regardless of what IT says about my "cookies" the website tends to log me out between items and most features don't work. Seems that "more frustration than convenience" is IT's eshopping motto.

I agree with some of the other reviews, Tublite IT needs to be more fluid like Glatz, Fellers or Grimco as far as the website goes. Another negative is the new "updated"phone routing method. Calling in to the store I want is not a direct dial like it used to be. Never had to wait or be transferred until the "new routing" to avoid waiting came in to play. (go figure) Anyway, on to the positive.

I order from Tubelite even more now that they deliver in my area. The delivery drivers are the best. Always polite, clean and ready to help. That says a lot to me, especially since I am usually a mid to late day stop after a long day. I have never had a foul, short or ill-informed person on the phone or when I visit in person. Prices are always negotiable; if I can show them where I can buy the same product from the competition for less, they match it. For the most part though, they are pretty much the same price if not already less than the others. Thanks for reading, happy shopping.

I have been using Tubelite for the better part of 20 years. They are a great partner for my sign business. The service is great and the pricing is consistently competitive. We love our delivery driver, Nate. I recently needed product after hours and the whole team stepped up to help. That's great customer service. In addition to name brand products Tubelite has a great line of reasonably priced house branded products that are as good or better than some of the branded items. I am a very happy customer and Tubelite is my primary supplier.

I have always been happy with the service and prices from TubeLite. I've been buying for 10 years from them and like the fact that they deliver, usually the very next day, instead of shipping items which may get damaged. It's hard to find a company which delivers consistently good service in today's world but TubeLite does!
