We have used Grapevine Apparel for numerous event t-shirts and promotional items and their work is always fantastic. They are easy to work with and deliver on time! They are also great in working to find the right product at the right price.

I called Grapevine to embroider some hunting caps for my husband to give out to a group of his pheasant hunting buddies. Spoke to Brian, who was very helpful. He instructed me on going onto their website to pick out the hats and how to design what I wanted to be embroidered on to the hats. I went in to Grapevine the next day with a rough design and met with Mark, the owner.

Mark was so nice! He sat down on his computer and designed a mock up for my approval. It was exactly what my husband and I envisioned. When I picked them up they looked even better than we thought they would. They turned out Great! The guys were thrilled and the hats were a big hit! Thanks Mark and Brian!

Great service, great work with both screen printing and embroidery. I've had excellent work done with both corporate jobs and Little League jersey/hat names. Please note they do have a new location, just one building over.

These guys really do a great job. I came in last minute because I needed to have a logo put on my daughters shirt for a field trip. They were speedy, friendly and reasonable. Previously I had used them for a much larger job of over 60 jackets for work and it was perfect. Everyone loved their embroidered logos. If you need embroidery or shirt printing and like to support local businesses this is the place to go. It's in the EDH business parks same parking lot as the Marshall Medical building.

I never write reviews but I am moved to comment on how terrible the service is here. Before I even became a customer I was so appalled at how awful the customer service was that I took my business elsewhere. From the very start he was very curt and rude and seemed to be bothered by my inquiries as to their pricing. I felt like I was bothering the guy just trying to get some simple facts.

The entire correspondence was unclear and unorganized, responding partially to some of the questions I was asking. I mean, who sends out emails with no capital letters, no punctuation, and without a simple "thanks, " at the end? Someone who does not value your patronage. Avoid, you deserve better service.
