We did T shirts for the non profit that I volunteer for. Medi, owner of the store, worked with me diligently and methodically to adapt our artwork for the screen print and worked within the budget.

We needed 77 shirts made for an event with a quick turnaround. I tried several companies who told me it would take at least two weeks. American Logowear did the job with multiple designs and screens within a few days and we had the shirts ready for our event! The price was reasonable too. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience! Summary- Lost my order and owner was rude and dismissive. Place Was an absolute mess! Order took 6 months to receive. Website is awful. I purchased orders back in April from the company casuals website an never received a confirmation or my order. Thinking that I had accidentally not completed the first order, I reordered in September and PayPal advised me that I had indeed made an order before.

The "contact us" link on the website was disabled. Again, I received no email confirmation. After two months, I get a check and a hand written note giving office hours. No explanation. I call them and they tell me the check was sent erroneously and they have my items and come pick it up. I called to tell them I'm coming to pick up my order and drove 45 minutes.

After waiting 15 minutes while the owner socialized with his family outside, he came in and the owner told me that I needed to pay again to get my order made and come back another time to pick it up, He denied that I had made two orders or "he would know". After he expressed his frustration to me for social distancing, even though he was unmasked, I showed him my paypal receipts showing that I had made two orders.

He proceeded to be rude and look around the store for my order and after 15 minutes, he couldn't find it and told me he would do me a favor and ship my order to me even though I had not requested shipping. I expressed my frustration that I called in advance and he should have had my order ready. He finally agreed and gave me a smirky apology.

I left and After 30 minutes, he told me to come back because he found my order! I came back and he seemed more apologetic and offered me a free hat for my trouble after explaining that NCL is the most prestigious organization he works with. The product was fine but what a terrible experience and terrible customer service! Never again!

We've been to American Logowear several times for embroidery. Great customer service from all members of the staff and always happy with their work! We'll be back!

Erin is amazingly patient and knowledgeable! We have been coming here since the 90's and cannot imagine any better service or professionalism!

Great people and service! They are very responsive and accommodating. Medi and Aaron are rockstars! I've put in two last minute orders with them now and they make it happen every time. Great value as well. They definitely have us as a forever customer!

Best place in town!.mom and pop shop with best prices, sweet friendly staff, amazing customer service, large inventory, they have it all. I wouldn't go anywhere else. they produce the best results on basically any garments. Their employees are like family who have been working for over 20 plus years. The gentleman at American LogoWear were very helpful. I wanted personalized embroidery on a sentimental handkerchief for our daughter's wedding. They listen to what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect fonts and color. It was ready the next week and its perfect. Can't wait for the day to see our daughter's expression on the day if her wedding.

This review is based on my interaction with the store owner. I came in to buy something for my son, and the manager who helped me was awesome. When I came back in to pick up the purchase, I had a question about it. Again, the manager was great but we talked with the owner about my concern. I can't remember ever being treated so rudely. He was dismissive of my concern, and talked to me in a completely condescending manner.

He was abrupt, rude, and I feel used manipulative tactics to dismiss what I was trying to say. Despite my initial good impression with the store manager, I won't give my business to an owner like that. I have used aaa garments in Sacramento for large t-shirt orders, and so far they've been great. (Just in case anyone wants another option.)

Great people who are attentive to the finest details. Their turn around time is impressive!

I was hoping to get a shirt made for my son's birthday, but wasn't able to get into the store until the day before. The owner took my shirt and design and said that he would be able to get it back to me the next day, just in time for my son's birthday. He didn't even charge extra for the fast turnaround. It's nice to see a local business doing a great job at what they love doing. I highly recommend this company.

Service and quality of work is second to none. I have had a few team items embroidered by Medi and team. They do the best work! Very happy customer and will always come back to American LogoWear.

LOVE the American LogoWear shop in Roseville (off Douglas Blvd)! Deniz is very nice and incredibly helpful, and the quality of their work and customer service is absolutely outstanding! We have been using their shop for years for both screen-printing of our logo on t-shirts, as well as logo embroidery on shirts and jackets, and we have always been VERY happy with the final product, and with how quickly they work.

The two gentlemen who opened the store on a Thursday morning were so sweet and accommodating. I brought in my class jacket and wanted my name printed. I mentioned that I lived in the Bay and I could pick up my item within a few days, but they went right ahead and embroidered my jacket on the spot. I was out within 15 minutes. High-quality products and great customer service. Thank you!

Have used American Logowear for seven years now. After the birth of each our five Godchildren. We purchased for each an expensive cashmere blanket. Was unsure of who to trust to embroider the child's name and birthdate. Medi, the graphic designer help choose the best font and color of thread. We have chosen the same font and thread for both blue and pink baby blankets.

The result all five times had exceeded expectations. Medi can seem a bit abrasive at times as other reviewers have mentioned, but I think it is just his way. Did not seem mean spirited in anyway.

I had some canvas bags screen printed for an event, and they turned out great! I had the design I wanted and Medi was able to reproduce it perfectly! He worked with me to assure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable too! I will definitely return!

I needed shirts made last minute and American Logowear designed and printed them far faster than I thought possible. The great quality of the shirts was matched by the people that helped me out. Five stars is the max rating but I give them a 10/10! Highly recommended. Thank you again for the help!

This review is based solely on the owner's rude personality when I came to visit his store. When I came in to ask the price for screen printing on T-shirts, he quickly rushed me out of the store saying that he was closed. No hello. No "how are you doing?" Just a get out. I told him that I just had a quick question on pricing, but then he said "no you're going to have to come back tomorrow." I'm not sure how this guy has 4 stars here on Yelp.

Maybe those customers caught him in the morning when he was in a better mood. Either way, if you're running a business, "rude" should not be apart of your business model.

Excellent services! I brought in a shirt that needed the logo copied. They did an amazing job and we were able to order several shirts. Best of all, they keep the logo on file for future orders.

I came in looking for some information about getting some t-shirts for a club in our middle school and The owner Medi was so helpful! He even helped me design the image based off what I was looking for in a logo. He is incredible sweet and I can tell he really does care about his customers. He even stayed way passed closing just to make sure I was taken care of.

I stopped by to get info on signs/shirts I need printed. The owner, Medi explained the options available & time frame. After chatting for awhile, he showed me what the design/wording would look like and printed a shirt so I could see firsthand. I was so impressed by the work & how he took the time to go over each font size/design that I bought the shirt & wore it out. Medi is definitely a business owner who cares about the customer & goes out of his way to create what you want. I will have this company do all of my future printing & embroidering!

Totally pleased with this business. Needed a graphic photo shopped and customized to be placed on 1 shirt. Medi, the owner immediately got working on the image. I figured I would be coming back in a few days to pick it up. However that was not the case. He did it while I watched. Showing his attention to detail all the way. The machinery is super cool that places the image on the garment. I'm really excited to gift this shirt next week to a friend. Thank you Medi for the great customer service. When I need another job done I'll come back or refer.

Incredible! Is what I have to say about this place, especially Medi. He doesn't stop trying to improve his work until it's the best, better than what I could imagine. Medi has put so much work and effort into making my dream come true. He really cares about his customers. He makes you happy before he worries about himself. He has character. I have been to this location multiple times and I have to say that I have always had the best experience. The owner has reached out to me on every one of visits. He assured me that my product would be done by my requested date. A couple of the times he has called me to inform me that my order was ready. I was pleasantly surprised. My orders have never been wrong or late.

I always place my order with a minimum of 1 week in advance just in case something goes wrong. I also understand that I'm not their only customer so! Things aren't dropped for me. I would recommend this business to everyone. I will definitely be returning with more business.
