Warning! Called with very specific information about the problem. I had researched it online and found the answer "unrepairable hardware error". I told them this when I called, and they assured me they had fixed this type of issue before. $82 later. "we can't fix it. Would you like us to recycle the printer?" If they had not lied to me initially, this wouldn't be such a blatant ripoff.

Had a printer at my office that needed servicing because of loud noises and jams and they were able to come out the very next day. Their technician was able to take apart my printer apart, fix the problem, and reassemble it in less than an hour. Very impressed!
