Listen guys IDK if you're short-staffed or not but you guys have to do better at responding to all inquiries from all potential customers. Looking you guys up on google maps only to see 3 unanswered questions one being from 8 months ago the others 2 years and all of them asking about services that I know for a fact you offer was like a bright neon light that read We couldn't care less.
I took the liberty of answering the best I could and provided them with a link to your website though I doubt they still have such a need. However, in today's day and age, everything is advancing side by side with technology so there really shouldn't be any excuse as to why the GM or any of your shift managers can't take the time to look at your reviews. The opinions of the people that you're trying to get to come to spend money at your store matter.

So, we had to get labels done for a quince & had to go to mexicali that same day, so we had to get them done. My brother asked the lady and she straight up said no, literally just laser ink jet labels that we needed, you know the ones you can just print from a printer. No special process. She was rude and unprofessional. Sad really, people don't ever think about going above and beyond sometimes because that is all they are taught to do. bare minimum.
Collect a pay check. So sad. Mediocrity at its finest. So we ended up going to my go to staples in east vale on limonite, who had helped me the night before! I will go review their page with a 5 star

When I need something printed out I come here and my experience is usually good. Last week when I needed help printing a file from my phone I was having a hard time transferring the file to be printable. I asked 2 other associates to help me but they just said they didn't know and didn't waste any of their time helping me. I was there for 30 minutes trying to figure it out and finally Alexis (I believe )was able to help me after she was done helping a customer. She was knowledge and was able to help me. Thank you again.

I always go to this location but after today I will never go here, around 2pm today there was a lady at the counter who was the worst horrible person I have ever met, I simply asked to exchange the item and she kept showing me attitude towards me as the item is stolen, after they didn't have any in stock I asked for a refund and she refused and told me to return it at a different staples. I had to get the manager involved to solve my issue. This lady needs to find a different job and leave staples.

The last two firms I have worked for have used Norco for a variety of printing projects. Our current logo is hard to match and they did a great job of getting it right where other printing firms we tried did not. They are responsive and will work within your budget to make sure your project is perfect!

I had trouble getting my legal size.pdf printed on a letter size page using the copy machine and my USB drive, so I had to use the rental workstation computers they have there for 30 cents a minute. The HP printer had some sort of connection problem so I ended up spending 8 minutes when I only needed 4. It's not a big difference, but consider that if you're paying a premium to use equipment provided by the store, you have every right to expect that technology to work flawlessly.
So the one less star is for the equipment malfunction. However, the tech, Dominic, was extremely helpful and fixed the issue and even refunded the extra 4 minutes back to me, so every star of my 4-star review is for his flawless customer service.

Norco Printing has a fine team and I was very happy with their printing services! They do their best to provide excellent service and the fact that they've won many awards for their printing speaks volumes. I highly recommend them for your printing projects, especially brochures, flyers, posters and presentation folders. I have enjoyed working with many of the staff there on several printing projects. Good people! Great printing results!

Hands down the worst, most unprofessional printer I've ever used in 25+ years as a Design Director. Discourteous, mediocre quality at best and untrustworthy. Use Bacchus or Lithographix or any of many other printers around if you want a trustworthy, competent professional print partner. I don't have enough negative adjectives to describe my experience with the sales rep., the pressman who couldn't follow direction and the owner who was foul mouthed and belligerent.

I've been working on an annual report and wanted to produce a calendar that told a story, not full of text. Once our design was finished, I chose Norco. Not just a printer, but one that had skilled press professionals that could make color corrections and a program manager that would see us through the process all the way to the mail house. I press checked the proofs today and Norco's work was impeccable. Printing is an art and they delivered!
