This is my second experience with Promotion Xpress. I recently had a last minute event come up and I needed a retractable banner within a week's time. After submitting my online order and contacting them to make sure they received I received a email informing me a a concern with the clarity. They printed a partial copy it to give me an idea of what the finished product was going to look like and it wasn't going to work for me. Nicky got involved and worked with me and my designer to make the necessary corrections.

Since time was of the essence he also made some minor adjustments on his end and was able to deliver the banner on time for my upcoming event. Only issue is there was a plastic piece the fell off when he opened the bag. Although he put it back on when we got the event it was missing. Wasn't really that noticeable. Emailed Nicky and they're going to fix it. Thank you Nicky for all your help to get our banner printed on time. I'll definitely use them again and recommend their work to other business owners.

We have doesn't thousands of dollars on printing services with this company and for years I worked with Hilda who anyways got me the best prices possible, the fastest service possible, and the best finished work possible. This past month we learned that Hilda was let go and we were turned over to Nickel Do. The experience was nothing short of awful.

Our quote came back missing a discount that was advertised on their website and at a completely different price, the flyers we did get were not all cut on the proper line, we drove 3 hours from Monterey in traffic and requested our order be left outside for pick up and it was not, and even though Nickey noticed this, he did not give us the courtesy of a call to correct this until I called his supervisor. We will never spend our money here again.

As a long customer for 8 years, can't complaint much. They have designed and printed thousands of fliers, posters, business cards, and tickets for our multiple shows every year, as well as produced or ordered promotional products & souvenirs. I love ProXprint! They are super fast and accurate. Their customer service is always great too. Stella and Fey are the best. On some occasions, I've had to make last minute changes and they were able to accommodate my changes without sacrificing quality or time. They are definitely my go-to people for printing needs!

I've only been there twice but have found my permanent printer. Stella was super helpful in getting a job done on time. It was for 2500 cards. The second time was a rush job. She helped me get a better product than I originally asked for for less money. The rest of the staff is really friendly, too. They kept me calm when I was frantic about the rush order I highly recommend them!

This place has been opened in San Leandro for a while making it a staple when it comes to printing in the Bay. The output for club flyers is decent and they do many things including die cutting, poster folding, door hangers, brochures and of course your standard business cards, postcards and club flyers. Nicky and Stella, the owners are super helpful when it comes to helping you choose the right finishes and color.

Nicky and the staff at Promotion Xpress are great. I use their printing/graphic design services for local events (club flyers, business cards, calenders, etc).
