I am a printing broker and have been doing business with Impact Printing since 2002. I have never had any problems and I send re-orders to them for my customers frequently. After seeing the bad review posted I had to take a minute and write this as I believe the prior poster may be the exception and not the rule in regards to Impact Printing.

I heed you not to use Impact's printing services. Biggest mistake I ever made was coming here. My project was 3 weeks late and never came out correctly, their machines kept malfunctioning and they kept trying to place the blame on me when you could clearly see that their prints did not match up to my sample prints. They even tried to pass off splotches as no big deal.
Not to mention, my original estimate quote was no where close to the final price they tried to charge, claiming there were additional job fees and sample fees. This place is way dodgy. If you like half assed work at an inflated price, go here.
