My nonprofit has been using Folger Graphics every couple of years for about 10 years and they've gone above and beyond to provide us excellent service printing and delivering books for our members. They've informed me of my errors in the production so I can fix them and offer such a cheap delivery with helpful employees who do what they can to make our project a success.

Carlos and his team were excellent to work with! They had great communication and shared regular updates about our printing job. Carlos even went out of his way to meet me in San Jose to drop off my printed documents. My company was very happy with their service, and we look forward to maintaining this partnership.

I advise a high school newspaper, and we've used Folger for decades. Kirk is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and solution-oriented. Once, a while ago, Kirk called me and said "We noticed that one of the articles on page 13 ends in the middle of a sentence. That can't be right, so we looked at it and we think that if we just delete that sentence and the one before it, the article will still make sense.

Want us to go ahead and do that?" In doing so, he saved us from looking really silly, and I very much appreciate it. I know that Kirk and the rest of the staff at Folger have our backs. I'd never consider getting our paper printed anywhere else. They're the best.

I am thankful to have found Folgers because of my fellow yelp reviewers. Based on those reviews, I took them my business. A little nervous because I'd never worked with a printer before. They helped me through the process, did fabulous work and were very nice to me. I also felt their work was reasonable. They did custom invites and postcards for me. Turned out really nice.

Their customer service and quality is always excellent. I've worked with them personally and with a business and I'm very very impressed with everything that they do. Pricing is very reasonable And delivery is always on time.

Having a reliable local printer who can handle runs of varying sizes is really important for small businesses. Thanks to Yelp, I found FolgerGraphics which is located near my client based in Hayward. I've worked with many other printers before and was really impressed by their professional service, pricing, and ability to meet every deadline -- even those with tight turnarounds (which, let's face it, is more often than not). Kirk is great to work with and is able to turn around detailed estimates quickly. I also love the advice and number of options that he is able to provide - truly knowledgeable and exemplary of someone who has been in the business for many years.

There aren't enough words to show our appreciation to the products and services that Folgergraphics gives us. I work for Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services and Folgergraphics has been producing all of our printed materials. We are very happy with their support, products and their customer service is beyond compare. Why go to another printing company? Dick Folger will go out of his way to get us what we asked for.

Carlos was the sales rep who helped our company with two projects, brochures and business cards. The brochures turned out great. Matthew from printing reviewed the file and advised which pictures needs to be in higher resolution. They then printed a preview sample. We made changes and they printed another sample, which I appreciated. The final result was what we asked for.

For business cards, I submitted PDF files to Carlos. The design was a blue gradient, darker on the outer card and lighter as you goes towards the center. However, once printed there were pink lines towards the lighter center of the cards. That was not visible on the PDF files. Carlos had to "investigate" and they found 3% magenta in the files. If you have to examine that closely to see something and obviously once printed you see that it's different from the original file, shouldn't you notify the customer?

I told Carlos I cannot use this. We changed the design to a solid blue and he did a rush print. I emailed him if there was a cost of the reprint and he didn't reply. I assumed cost would be covered since I can't even use the cards in the first batch! I've worked with other printing companies in the past who would reprint if the finished result does not match what was previously agreed upon.

The cost to print the business cards was only $134.52. We spent over $1000 on the first batch of brochures and had intended to use them to reprint more copies. After this incident, I would look for another printing company who has better customer service, stands behind their finished products and offers to fix mistakes instead of blaming the customer.

This fixture in the East Bay printing community will do whatever necessary to satisfy its customers with beautiful results and amazing service. Quality is top notch!

Kirk is attentive to detail, listens to what the customer wants and does everything to get the job done. Deliveries are always on time and sometimes even early! Excellent work. if you want good personal service and on-time delivery, this is the place to go.

(Bill Briggs is my outstanding, responsive, long-standing sales contact.) We've been using FolgerGraphics for many years, primarily printing and mailing our quarterly-or-so 8 page newsletter for our two stores, Standard 5&10 Ace and Marin Ace Hardware. Folger Graphics has also done graphic design for us and are going to do an EDDM mailing later this year. We don't call anyone else, they can do it all for us and beat everyone elses timing/pricing. Highly recommended, a six out of five stars rating.

Excellent service and quick turnaround. I had a simple 5K print job and Mike provided me with a quote, processed the order and delivered! Simple, easy and great pricing. Will definitely be using this company again!

3.5 if possible. The people at Folger Graphics are tremendously helpful. They answered all of our questions and sent our order of 500 brochures to us real quickly. We ordered on 80lb paper, which is the usual brochure paper. The color and print quality is amazing. The only thing I did not like is that the scoring (to fold the brochure) on the inside rips once the brochure is opened.

It may be because of the color choice- it is blue, so it is more noticeable. We brought it up to their attention and they apologized and said they would fix it next time. When we tried to put another order in for another set of brochures, they said they would give us free design, but the charge to not have the scoring rip is way too expensive for our nonprofit (probably charge to score by hand?). We would go back if this weren't an issue because the people are great.

We have used Folger to print our student newspaper for three years. As others have mentioned, Mike Prozell gives excellent customer service. The product is high-quality, too, with excellent four-color registration and low-rub ink. They always call if they spot a problem with our PDFs and work with us to solve it in a cost-effective manner. Their prices are extremely competitive. Even the delivery guy is nice!

Folger Graphics was a hero for this bride in distress! I needed a printer to print my diy wedding invitations without waiting 2-3 weeks for production and even longer for delivery. which is the time I got quoted for the original place I was using online. Not only was Folger Graphics able to print in a matter of days rather than weeks, they were also able to quote me for half the price and tried their best to color match the ink color I requested AND tried to get the colored paper I wanted (eventually didn't have it but believe me, they TRIED). Linda was whom I worked with and she's excellent.

Works well that she's in very early in the AM which allowed me to swing by and pick up items before heading off to work. I am now bringing my work business to them and will recommend anyone else to go here. They give the best pricing for a number of items. they may seem a bit outdated, but they are able to accomplish my simple print needs in an affordable and professional manner so far!

I am very pleased with my last print job from Folgers Graphics. My contact is Kirk Folger and he is responsive, professional, and quick! Their prices are superb and I love working with a local company that is a certified green business. In fact, I just placed another order from them for a 5k print job!

Super great price AND so quick with turnaround that it's hard not to like this place. Linda is SUPER responsive and the prices are pretty awesome. Even sent proofs the next day so I could take a look before agreeing to pay. I plan on using them for any future print needs.

I've worked with Folgergraphics twice so far, once for a wedding seating chart and another for actual wedding invitations. Although I had my heart set on a specific print style, budget prevails and there's nobody more budget friendly AND time efficient than Folgergraphics. Linda Torre was great to work with. She was incredibly quick with responses via email, and incredibly flexible with turnaround time. She was also great with sending us multiple hard copy proofs.

I was recommended Folger Graphics by an employee at the City of Union City. I also realized that they print the recreation guide for where I am currently employed and they do a beautiful job. That being said, this review is for a small job that I needed done ASAP. Last week I was in a rush to have a print job done for my brother's wedding and I needed it to be perfect, not pixilated or blurry.

I first went the cheap route (Costco) but the quality was just not what I wanted. I emailed and called Kirk Folger, he returned both my call and email within an hour. He was very informative with the different options I had for printing my document. He told me that my document was fine to send to printing and that he could have it done same day! I was really excited to finally cross something off the wedding "to-do list"!

I started this whole process at about noon on Friday and it was ready before I got out of work at 5pm. Kirk, let me pay for it over the phone and even waited for my aunt half hour after closing so she could pick it up. Great service, great price! Highly recommended!
