If I could give zero stars I would. This place has terrible service. Cannot believe they are still in business

I absolutely love the TAVCO Family! They are extremely helpful, professional, and resourceful. They provide a handful of tools and resources that can make any company more efficient in achieving the task at hand. It's small companies like this to make a lasting impression that keeps every customer coming back. I would highly recommend TAVCO for Canon, Blubeam, Leica, Bricsys products and Software.

TAVCO has been supporting our firm for over thirty years. They always have great technological solutions. Not only do they help us get our work done on time and on budget, but they are always taking us to the next level. For those that have been around long enough they were with us in the days of sepias and sticky-backs. They currently supply us with the latest 3D imaging and modeling tools.

I recently purchased a Canon plotter from TAVCO. These guys did exactly what they promised. In fact, my machine was ready for delivery two days earlier than expected. Great price.great support. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

From the time we purchased our first plotter to purchasing Ink Cartridges to reordering plotter paper, you would have thought the employees of TAVCO worked at Nordstroms Dept Store (" The Nordstrom Way" best seller ) a benchmark in Customer Service. They will drop off what ever you need if you can't wait for UPS/FedEx.

They will spend as much time on the phone with you resolving any kind of problem. Our business is deadline sensitive to bid dates and TAVCO equipment is critical in getting our bids in ontime. In the past 5 years or more TAVCO has not let us down.

The support by TAVCO Services Inc of their products and relationship with the clients such as myself, should be a model for any business in the retail business. They stand by their products and services. They are always available for questions and are very responsive.

When you are attempting to do something you've never done before it's always nice to have a mentor by your side to help with achieving your desired results. Recently I've been quite busy making new products and having prototypes 3D printed to be later used in the production process. Specifically when it comes to 3D printing, there is a great need for experience in using various kinds of technologies.

While you can 'set it and forget it, ' you'll never know how rough your output is until you look back on early prints to see how far 'experience' can get you. Over the past couple of months, I've been working with Kevin at Tavco who really know their hardware and the perils and pitfalls of trying to enter into the 3D additive output market. So many things come into play when trying to print like, project orientation, output resolution, and even age of the printing medium.

All these things come with experience and Tavco has it! You can buy hardware from anyone online, but you can't buy quality, experienced support. Kevin is your go-to guy at Tavco
