Called to ask about a repair and finally got an honest answer from these guys after calling several other places. Even though a repair was not in the cards for me, he stayed on the phone and gave me a full picture on why he gave me the advice he did. I wasn't made to feel like I was wasting his time and we even had a couple of laughs. Thanks!

Called asking about a repair. They just stopped repairing my printer. The man I talked to was awesome. He discussed with me what the problem was and instructed me on how to get it printing again. Wow I got that help and not even a customer. Well, yet, because when I do need their kind of services Lone Star is I will go to as well as recommend to others!

My HP 6700 developed a "jam" in the ADF even though there was nothing in there. I'd called several other repair services, one of which referred me to Lone Star. Paul was immediately sympathetic and helpful - although they don't repair my machine, he very kindly and patiently walked me through about 30 minutes of troubleshooting on the phone. When I asked if I could compensate him, he refused payment. I don't know if I'll ever be able to use the company's services, but his generosity with his time speaks volumes about the kind of professional service they provide.
