I got one of their hoodies be cause i volunteer with Operation Liberty Hill. The quality of the hoodie is the best i have ever had. Not sure what the difference in the material is but it is awesome. Worth every penny i paid for it. The softest too. Thanks

They do not do individual monogramming. I called to get some pricing for work shirts. I explained to the lady what style shirt and monorgamming I was looking but when i mentioned the quantity (3-5shirts) she explained that they didn't do individual orders that they were more for larger corporate orders. The lady I spoke with was very polite and professional, so i gave them the 4 stars.

I didn't feel it was right to give them a star or two just because they couldn't meet my need. Although i didn't see on their website that they didn't do small orders.

Quick response time. Staff was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had no problems answering questions. They have an extensive catalog of products, as well as samples to view and feel in-store. Turnaround was speedy for the price, which was fair compared to some competitors' turnaround to cost ratio.

My experience with SRI is very similar to James W. I work South, and it takes a while to make it out to Round Rock with that lovely MoPac traffic. Michelle has kept the doors open for me on urgent needs; which I greatly appreciate. I've done business with SRI for years and keep coming back. SRI is always spot-on, does a fantastic job, and I have no complaints what-so-ever.

I left the office 35 minutes before they close hoping to make it on time to pick up some custom company hats that we ordered, 700 each to be exact. It showed to be a 30 minute drive on my GPS. When I saw my GPS moving in the wrong direction, I called and asked for Michelle, the owner. I told her that I was on my way but that I would be 10-15 minutes late.

She said she had plans with her daughter, but she would wait so I could get my order. I felt horrible but she said it really wasn't a big deal. Now that is the American Business Way of doing things. She could've easily said, that's tough, come by on Monday, but she didn't. She was willing to put her personal time on hold for a customer. I vote Michelle O'Riley as the 2019 Texas Business Woman of the Year!

If you want an awesome customer experience and a product that is well-made, then come to SRI and ask for Chris H. He went way above and beyond to ensure that our Christmas present was completed on time. He also made several attempts to call, e-mail, and text me to let me know that they were closing early for the holiday. I was so busy that I did not see the message until almost 5 when they closed at 3.

The owner graciously opened the doors and waited for me until I got there at 5:10. She greeted me with a warm smile and a Merry Christmas. This type of experience was a breath of fresh air in a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much.

Nicki is absolutely the Best! She makes us a priority with every order. From Uniforms, to Awards, to etched gifts, she always gets our orders processed smooth and quickly. Chris did an amazing job in helping us with a stressful order, as their Vendor dropped the ball. he quickly went to work to rectify the issue and calm my worries, and sure enough our order was completed in time, and done beautifully!

I ordered a jersey to support my church and even called and walked Chris through what I wanted printed on the back. I received a call stating that my jersey would not be ready with the initial batch of orders but would be ready after 1/30/18 for pick up at the church. Left work early on 2/2, waited 45 minutes while jerseys were being folded/sorted just to be informed that my jersey could not be found. So, the leader over the program calls Chris and asked what happened and he speaks to her briefly and then she hands me the phone.

He was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal and proceeded to say oh it was not printed. I asked could he print it before Sunday, because the event was on Sunday during church service. He said, "No, we are closed." I asked him at what point did know the jersey was not going to be printed and he could not answer. I asked why did I get a call stating it would be ready after 1/30; he could not answer.

Go elsewhere! This engagement was a total waste of my time and gas and as a consumer, I feel like they had already got a bulk of their money and could care less about one person not receiving their jersey.

I had a really good experience with every one that helped me at the front counter! I was having some company logos embroidered and they came out great! They also had them done allot faster than I expected! Thanks guys and galls!

Absolutely the worst. I took 3 shirts to have embroidered. I called them to request cursive writing on it. After almost a month of not hearing back from them I went in and when I got the shirts back I noticed that it was not only in the wrong font but one of the shirts was missing letters. The girl said that they would change/fix it. I received the shirts today and all they did was patch the missing letters. It's funny considering the invoice had a note saying that I had requested cursive.

Maybe it's a good thing they didn't change it bc it had a template in cursive with my name misspelled. Aside the font, I'm completely dissatisfied with the results.

This place is sort of hidden away but comes well recommended. We got Michelle to talk to us about the logo and the vast selection of Polo shirts that will have the BOTS logo.

The SRI Monogramming team was courteous and helpful. We contacted them to get company T shirts screen printed and Anthony, our contact, was able to rush the order and deliver it on time. We ended up needing to change the order, which he kindly coordinated for us. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services! Thanks - Webcore Technologies

This place has a great sales force. They actually allow you to come in and try the shirts on if you need to. This is a huge plus for "portly" guys, so I have been accused of being before. I also like the fact that anyone in there will basically drop what they are doing, and help me if my salesperson is busy. They carry a large selection to fit anyone's budget which is nice if you're just starting out in a 1099 industry.

I've ordered pint glasses from SRI twice now, and both times the customer service and product were outstanding. I found them through a friend that had previously worked there, who told me they were a family-owned business with a lot of integrity. They did a wonderful job for my company and I will definitely use them again.
