Impact Design

I've been coming to impact design for about nine years now. They are amazing. If you need any custom designs, printed clothing, embroidery, vinyl stickers, or any other custom apparel they are incredible! I've established a relationship with them and they have bent over backwards to make sure my needs are met. They always welcome you with an optimistic attitude and creative insight to make your ideas exactly how you want them. Casey at the front desk is super knowledgeable and knows pretty much every item in the catalog. The owner Nathan has literally worked extra hours to get my projects finished before my deadlines. I will support Impact Design forever.

Impact Design did an excellent job on my children's sports team jerseys. They were able to work my limited deadline and were a better deal than 3 other local companies in comparison for what I needed. Great customer service and excellent work!

I love this shop. Every item they do they put there love into. From the sports signs that represent our local high schools or even designing amazing embroidery for a stole. You will always get a great price and beautiful work.

I'm sorry to say this, I came with high hopes and accepted your terms to do extra T-shirt print than I even need, then you went on complete reversal of mood swing when I didn't like your very high price polo shirt prices. Be more courteous to your customers than temperamental. I will take my business to someone who needs it.

I got my polo shirts embroidered here. I was very picky about the details and asked them several times to make changes. They patiently made all corrections and now I'm so happy with my company's logo on my shirts!

Excellent, they have a family business feel to them. I was treated very kindly and the job was easy as pie to set up, executed correctly and saved $ by not going online and paying for shipping fees and fussing with the details. will be back

As a small business we're always looking for high quality products for a reasonable price. We have found this to be the case here. We have placed several orders for business cards, flyers, and posters and other products. Not only are the products great and competitively priced but Nathan and his staff are wonderful to work with. They are professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

Impact design is my favorite print shop of all time. They have the best quality and the best prices. They keep me looking professional as I do my daily job as a city worker. They do it all. Hats, shirts, keychains, mugs. you name it, they can do it. Their staff is so nice. They communicate effectively and are extremely punctual on meeting needed deadlines. I will always go to Impact & will recommend to all my family and friends.

I completely disagree with the high rating. This company doesn't practice otherwise normal standards when it comes to customer service, ie where there is question of a design they decided not to do it instead of ask to clarify. When an email was sent asking to complete the order and given more specificity, the order was cancelled by them. Additionally, I didn't like how they took advantage of my mother and charged $55 for a "rush design" for 3 tank tops.

To be extremely clear, this design was limited to letters. There was no fancy customization or character or art. There was no need for this charge. I have Calvin Klein dresses and "business attire" that's less than $55- and they said oh come pick up the shirts after they "cancelled" the order. It's either the right order or the wrong one, and they got it wrong so why would I go out of my way to pick up and pay for shirts. Nope. And I better see a full refund before I am forced to have multiple agencies investigate the business practices occurring at this establishment.

Impact Design has been doing my shirts and hats for a long time. I like their system and can do attitude. They come up with great ideas and superior service. BrieAnna helps me out a bunch and has great ideas as to the latest styles, etc. Really everyone there is on top of their game and do great work. Love the fact that it is in house and gets things done asap.

Just awesome! Great customer service, awesome, precision printing, great quality shirts and attention to getting your color. Impact Design takes the time necessary to ensure you get more than expected. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of high quality products.

Worst customer service and hidden charges. Make sure you go to graphic design school and purchase a computer program so that your simple picture is compatible with their system or they will attempt to charge you a hefty fee. Also, they change their pricing during the process so much to confuse you that you have no clue what the actual cost is. To follow that up they confirmed a price with me and asked to charge my card, which I authorized, only to be charged a much larger fee.

When I asked to be refunded a fee they never told me about they just said no and if I wanted they would cancel my order. Thank you Impact Design for making my first Half Marathon team shirt a horrible experience. I know the options are thin around Oceanside for screen printing but do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles somewhere else or do everything on the internet.

Great guys! Got my order on time and ready to go. Check them out for great pricing! You can't beat their friendliness and they really try to figure something out that works for you.

I had an order to fill for direct to garment printing, started as a fast rush, I got more time from my customer. I dropped shipped shirts to Impact. I was dealing with Nathan via Nick. The times I called - Nick had to ask Nathan and call me back. My emails to Nathan were routed to Nick and I still had to wait for Nick to talk to Nathan. After being told no rush service was available of any kind after my shirts arrived there, I did'nt even get a chance to say when I would need them, I was told 14 days was the only option. I ended up sending a return shipping ticket for the blank shirts and paid a restocking fee. Impact Design cost me $55.00 for shirts to sit there.

We could not be happier with our flight school t shirts and embroidered polos made by Impact Design. Lara and Nathan were incredibly helpful and professional. We will definitely use and recommend Impact Design to all of our friends!

Nathan at Impact Design was awesome, he acommodated me by doing a special order that he didn't have to do and that nobody else would. He showed a lot of heart and compassion towards me and my project and my shirts turned out perfect and were done early. I recommend Impact Design for any of you screen printing needs because they do a great job in a timely manner and they really put there heart and soul into your projects.
