I can highly recommend Modern Postcard. I've ordered postcards from them for years now, and I'm always impressed by how communicative, thorough, and speedy they are. For instance, when I've sent them complicated illustrator packages of files, they've caught low-res elements that I've missed and suggested replacing with higher-res versions.

And they did it deftly, re-including my new packages quickly into their workflow, with very little fuss or delay. The price is always right, and they sometimes even surprise me with a discount I didn't even expect.

A Beauty to the Eye In July, I called Modern Postcard for my upcoming exhibition in the City. I would like to have two postcards made of my pastel works. Christine was detailed, courteous and skillful in helping me get started. Aileen in production was attentive and creative in resolving problems. The end result of her effort and that of her team was a beauty to the eye.

The two images and exhibition information were perfectly reproduced. I was grateful that they arrived in excellent shape. The new cards project a vivid artistic spirit in our challenging time.

I needed a rush job on a postcard.and after I submitted my materials, I got a call from Charlie at Modern Postcard. He said, yes, we can do it.but just wanted to let you know the resolution of one of your images is not the best -- it's not terrible but wanted to check with you before moving forward. Then I scrambled around trying to find a better source file.which was mixed with other images so I had to send it to them and ask for some editing, which they did.and now my postcard has the better quality image! Even though this took a few hours of back and forth, they didn't change the rush deadline! Just wow. Great service!

So I gave a chat and then a call with this knowledgeable rep, Ryan Rammel who is like a God of information. As we spoke about my business which he quickly understood, he provided a solution that was genius! He also identified issues with the Postal Service and my company's logo and name. I am a professional food and lifestyle photographer so how my images look when printed is just as important as how I crafted them in the first place. Modern Postcard did a phenomenal job with the the piece I had printed but the whole process was also great. After a mixup on our end, we realized late on Tuesday (in NYC) that we needed new postcards ASAP - Cassandra responded immediately and we had new postcards in the office first thing Thursday morning at an extremely reasonable price. Modern Postcard went above and beyond. I made an error when ordering my event invitations which slowed production time. I forgot to tell them I wanted matte finish. They not only accommodated my request, but expedited shipping so that my invitation would arrive on time. I have used several different printers over the years. I can ALWAYS rely on Modern Postcard to produce a superlative product. Yes, there are less expensive options (unfortunately I've had to deal with those when someone else was directing the project), but quality and excellent color reproduction are very important to me. I do a ton of direct mail campaigns for my company and I am SO happy to have found Modern Postcard. Everyone I've worked with there, Chris Cruz, Victoria, etc, have been wonderful. Here's what I love: - The quality of their print has far surpassed any other company I've worked with (and there have been a lot). - They have a very specific ordering system used with clients to ensure everything about their mailing goes as planned. - However, they've also been flexible with me regarding this system, allowing to speed up the time it takes me to place an order with up to 10 different versions and separate mailing lists. - They review your order. They caught a typo for me last time and even opened the files and made the change FOR me! Thank you Modern Postcard!

I have used the Simplecard system to print my note cards, which I sell at craft shows. I have ordered about 20 sets of cards so far, and every time I am impressed with their high quality, fair cost, and speed in arrival. I have one experience with their customer service, and it was a very good one. I had ordered a set of cards with a blue iris. I received an email from MP suggesting that I re-send the photograph in CMYK format, rather than the RGB that I typically use.

It was explained that the colors would render more faithfully in the blue range. After uploading the new image file, they printed both orders for the price of one. I was able to see the difference in the images, and had some spare cards for family members! My customers appreciate the quality of the cards, and I will continue to buy them as long as the price remains the same. Thank you.

Expensive, Rude, Complicated. The process is so confusing and complicated, and the results are subpar. First of all I did a post card run because I want to help the post office. But they mailed back the unused material from out of state via UPS rather than USPS! Secondly, the time and money spent could have been better used by phoning clients and other endeavors. Thirdly, one lady was rude to me on the phone and treated me as if I were an idiot. Never ever again!

We love Modern Postcard. they have always done an excellent job for us in the 5+ years that we've been using them. We use them exclusively now after trying a more ***ahem*** economic route once or twice. I actually think that the printer who made a complete mess of our postcards once had "economy" in their name. Our mistake not letting Modern Postcard take care of everything! We've had no trouble with the online system, but this could be due to the fact that we have had the assistance of a wonderful Account Manager like AnnaMarie. We've worked with her for several years and she takes care of us in the planning phase and we never have one bit of trouble.

Her assistants help us out, too, and we always know the cost of things up front and the result is always perfect. Have Modern Postcard take care of your mailing needs, too. it ends up saving you money in the long run!
